Always amazing and fast. They also have punch cards so eventually you'll get one for free. Before COVID they had board games and it was a really great environment. When that comes back it'll be even more amazing. read more

First visit and tried peppermint mocha frappe; impressed! Prices were reasonable too, $6.06 for regular size with boba. I will most certainly be back to try the wide variety flavors and beverages! read more

Bubble bubble tea house is such a cute place to hang out with friends while enjoying your favorite drink. I ALWAYS get their honeydew milk tea with boba. It's more on the sweeter side, but I'm not complaining. Service is wonderful, the girls that works there are friendly and will explain to you if you have any questions about their drinks. It's a little cafe with games that you can play with friends, or I believe they have wifi too that u can study at (personally, much quieter than a certain coffee shop) I always come back here if I'm in the Rockwall area! read more

DELICIOUS !!! Best service and everything they have is amazing. I love to get the coconut smoothie with tapioca.

This is an understated facade for a boba tea place. If you haven't tried Bubble Bubble you need to! The inside is GREAT and well decorated and the drinks are a variety of teas, fruit smoothies and fruit juices!! Pick your boba bubbles too!! Fun place!! read more

I have been going here a lot recently... Probably more than I should! This is my new go-to bubble tea place. The drinks are delicious! Staff is friendly and I never have to wait more than five minutes to get my order. I'm obsessed!! read more

REALLY AWESOME! They have a full espresso menu , smoothies & bubble tea...TONS of flavors of each. They even have your choice of tapioca pearls, jellies & boba. OH YES and super friendly smiley staff! They help guide your beverage selection and let you try samples. Thank you! read more

I love this place! Very cute inside and the drinks are deelish! My kids are in love with the drinks and the cute little tops they stick on each cup. I'm so happy to have found a place like this in Rockwall because before this we were driving all the way out to Richardson to Magic Cup. They only thing they are missing that Magic Cup has is the sea foam! read more

Bubble Bubble Tea House - My babies super excited for their drinks! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Rockwall, Texas

If you want some amazing tea and want to stay safe during the pandemic (COVID19). This is definitely the place to go. Service was quick, friendly and most importantly clean and safe. Everyone had their masks on. They sanitized everything I touch. I'm amazed and wish everyone was cautious like them. Thank you so much! read more

Really good selection of boba drinks. The honeydew milk tea is my favorite. Many of the drinks run a little too sweet for me. Boba is cooked perfectly - just the right amount of chewiness, not soggy and not too sweet. Very happy there is a boba shop in Rockwell. read more

I had the coconut milk tea. Tasted totally like bland coffee. No coconut taste at all! Never going back to this place! Better boba places in Garland and cheaper! Overpriced drinks! read more

We stop by every time we are in town. Quick and polite service. Drinks are yummy. The Thai tea (half sweet) with boba is our go-to. Never disappoints. read more

I am so glad to have Bubble tea in Rockwall. I love this place. They are fast and haven't ever gotten my order wrong. Plus, they have alternate milk. Win win!!! read more

For boba, expensive and first place in my life that charges extra for boba. 2 large 1 small $17.

They have almond milk!!! I love this place. Super cute & quick service. Every drink we've tried is amazing. My daughter and I are hooked. read more

Friendly service, clean artsy environment, awesome selection & they even have sweet, half or unsweetened options....! Also, they offer a punch card 10th one is free..! Generous large sized cups..! read more

Loved this place!! I got a Taro Tea that tasted absolutely amazing and my mom got Tea that she also loved. Highly recommend!!! Service is also great and Fast!! read more

My kids wanted to come here a few times. It's one of these places I think you just sorta check off the list of "yeah I been there". I don't think people really continually go here... I don't think people crave sucking down weird little bubbles in their drinks. But I could be totally wrong. But it is not my "cup of tea"! ;) my kids liked it though. read more

Their bubbles are so soft! Huge plus! I've been wanting to check out this place for a while bc heard so many good things about this place - and fortunately, my expectations were met. I ordered the almond milk tea and it wasn't too sweet, just as I prefer it. The inside decor is really cute & homey too. They also provide a shelf full of board games, which we took advantage of while drinking our bubble tea. I would come back! read more

2016 Yelp 100 Challenge Review #26 I LOVE smoothies! I really do! They are just a great snack or meal because they are both tasty and healthy (if you so choose). I usually frequent Smoothie King but I was recently turned on to this estab and am so happy I know about it. They have a variety of smoothies. It's got a coffee house feel to it. There are tall tables with stools and a few couches inside. There are several menus. They offer bobo and jelly to add to your smoothies which I am not too familiar with but plan on trying one day. For the beginner in me, I settled on the standard ol' fruit smoothie. They make smoothies with fruit, cane sugar and ....milk maybe. So far, I have tried peanut butter banana, peach mango, and chocolate with banana and peanut butter. ALl three were stellar! I add protein for a $1.00. They offer only one size smoothie which looks somewhere in between a 16oz and 20oz. I really like that they seal their smoothies. They have some sort of machine that melds the plastic lid to the cup and of course in Bubble Bubble fashion each lid has some sort of smiley or frowny face on it. They have thick straws with a point end for breaking through the plastic top. They also have a stamp cards which I love because who doesn't love earned freebies. Love this place and I intend to try so many more flavors of smoothies and the rest of their menu. Yay! read more

If you like watered down drinks, this place is for you! I ordered a mango smoothie, which tasted like a watered down mango slushee...there was no milk/creamer in it at all. My girlfriend ordered a jasmine milk tea, which likewise tasted watered down with very little flavor. This place is not recommended, even if there is no other bubble tea place in the area. read more

I love bubble bubble and I come here often. The drinks are great and refreshing I would say tho that some of the stuff (mostly younger ones) are kind of rude. I came in today and the girl working the register was rude to me and my friend. She wouldn't even smile at us and rolled her eyes when my friend was asking questions about the drinks. The girl making the drinks tho seemed sweet she smiled at us and was kind. I understand we all have off days but don't take it into work. read more

Best tea in the Rockwall area. It's tough to find a good tea house on this side of the metroplex, it Bubble Bubble is the best on this side of town. I still prefer ShareTea in Plano for a fresher tasting tea. Limited seating, location is easily missed but by far the best boba shop in Garland/Rockwall area. Taro was a bit thick and gritty in texture but taste was overall okay. read more

Great boba, awful service. The hired work is always nice but the owner is super rude and always has a negative attitude. I really wish she was nice because I love her products but she is awful. read more

Love the boba drinks here, yummy and reasonably priced! The staff is always very friendly and the atmosphere is so cute and inviting.

My friends all LOVE this place including me! I am an avid bubble tea enthusiast and this place does not fail to amaze me! From the beautiful decor to the amazing customer service you can absolutely expect the drinks to be just as amazing. The drinks are a bit overpriced (5 dollars and up) but the size is huge! The only downside is if your not feeling a huge drink you can't do anything about it as they only have one size. They have fun games that you can play with as well. It is on the smaller side and sometimes can feel cramped when there are a lot of people ordering! Anyways definitely would recommend to try this place out! read more

Love this local bubble tea house. The owners and employees are very friendly and happy to explain their menu items. Their service is lightening fast, faster than any bubble tea place we have been to. They have a large menu whether you are looking for tea, coffee, smoothies or slushes. They typically have a special flavor that changes periodically, my favorite is the Lavender Milk Tea which I am looking forward to it's return. If you are in the Rockwall area, I highly recommend stopping in and trying one of their drinks. read more

So glad this place is in Rockwall! Top notch boba tea and very quick service. I'm already addicted! Cute interior too.

Great milk tea and the smoothies were amazing!!!! I appreciate the use of a fresh banana and not the other stuff that comes prepackaged!!!

The drink was okay but the barista or whatever you call the people working there were uneducated about the nutrition and didn't seem to care to find it for me. Rude. I plan on giving it another try soon, maybe my review will change. read more

Great tea & coffee shop! They have some different choices from the chains and the staff is happy to help explain & talk to you about options. They also work with you for GF & DF choices! read more

We are here every weekend for our boba fix! Lots of options, and you can choose your sweetness level which is great because I don't like sweet drinks. read more

SOOO stinkin' cute on the inside. Amazing vibe, I'm all about the atmosphere. Reasonable pricing, friendly staff and speedy service, will definitely be back! read more

Bubble Bubble has AMAZING drinks!!! I love them!! HOWEVER, their hours need to change. There have have been at least 6 different times that my husband and I have wanted some of their delicious drinks and they don't open for like 3 more hours. How are you going to be located next door to a donut shop and not be open until 11am, thus denying all the donut eaters the accompaniment of your tasty beverages? This baffles me. Their hours of operation are my only gripe about this place. read more

So cute! Everyone was so nice and friendly. I love that the kids can get their tea and smoothies and I can get an amazing coffee. Seriously good coffee, much better than Starbucks! read more

Finally a straight up Bubble Tea place in Rockwall. The inside is interesting, it feels cozy, but I don't necessarily plan on staying at the place to drink my tea. So maybe the decor is for somebody else. Regardless though, I ordered a Taro Milk Tea and it was very good! I really hope this place takes off! read more

Love love this bubble tea place! Boba is something that I crave all the time and this place always meets my expectations. There's a wide variety of flavors to choose from. Most boba places I've been to don't have the right texture to the boba but this place is perfect. It gives off a cute coffee shop feel, but I wish it were more quiet for studying purposes, it could get a little loud. But other than that I love this place! read more

So far my fav tea house. Their drink menu is very diverse and the staff is very friendly :)

Surprisingly much better than I had anticipated! I had a passionfruit green tea with rainbow jelly and tapioca. The guy who took my order who super sweet and made sure to ask questions on how I wanted my drink (eg. green or black tea, sweet or non-sweet). I really appreciated that because most places would just make a drink with certain assumptions according to their standards. I'd give this place 4.5/5. Minus the 0.5 cause the boba could've been a bit better-a little smaller than for my liking and probably just a little overdone but that's just me being nit picky. read more
