My wife and I finally decided to try this place we pulled up and it was nice and clean they playing music so look at the menu and ordered the Surf and Turf Burrito & loaded tots and I must say that burrito was full of flavor one of the best I had out here in the IE..i also had to try the chicken taco it was small but packed with flavor and the service is excellent.. the only bad thing I have to say is that it close at 5pm ...lol read more

You want good authentic tacos.. This ain't it... I was excited to check it out.. Seen a food review page.. Guy was from east L.A...After trying bubbas, he said east side needs to step there game up.. The food was very tasty good flavor. We had the shrimp nachos, perfect ratio sauce, shrimp & meet. We then ordered a chicken burrito and a beef quesadilla. To have later, not disappointed at all when we warmed them up. The quesadilla had beef in every bite. The burrito had rice, beans, and plenty of chicken. The place was a little warm where we set but the wife said it was cooler in other spots, we just got the wrong spot. I found this place on TikTok.. We have already told a few people about this place. Saw a few ADs for this place all over social media so had to try this place out. The place is small with a few tables to dine in (4-6 tables max). Menu isn't huge so you don't feel overwhelm ordering. We got their surf and turf burrito that contains steak & shrimp. One was big enough for my husband and I to share. Flavor wise, it was good but needs a bit more seasoning in my opinion.. We also wanted to try their tacos so we got chicken, steak & shrimp with their rice and beans.. TBh, their taco portion size were a bit small and definitely did not taste like the typical street tacos...they were just okay. This place is so underrated. The service is very good. The workers are all so friendly, welcoming, and sweet. The food was delicious. Everything tasted very fresh and was cooked to perfection. A lot of times loaded fries can be a hit or miss since the fries can be soggy, but these were so nice and crispy (without the fries being too thin). The place itself is very cute. Notice they have two locations one for Mexican Food taco and one for burgers.. had the steak burrito was it different than traditional yes, was it smaller? Yes, was it great testing hell ya. Can't wait to go back and try some other menu items! Today I had the shrimp burrito and the hubs had a surf n turf burrito. Both were so good. The steak was flavorful, although maybe a little too much burn on it lol but still delicious none the less. The shrimp was a good size and there were plenty in the burrito. It's small inside but we had no problem finding a booth to sit in. The 90s R&B playlist was a nice touch..l was jammin. Of course customer service was top tier! The food came out quickly but was hot so I know it was fresh. And everyone was extremely polite and friendly. There's no doubt we will be going back. This is definitely the place to go for authentic and fresh tacos. My fanily and I were blessed to try their shrimp and chicken tacos at an event they catered for. The service was superb. I am giving it 2 stars for the food and 1 extra star for the nice lady. However, I was disappointed with the food. I got a 3 taco plate for $12 but the tacos left a lot to be desired. The Carne was burnt and it was 1 flimsy taco wrap per taco and so it fell apart easily. read more

my review is based on takeout. Ordered the 3 taco combo, and was completely underwhelmed. not only are these tacos extremely tiny, they only come with one thin tortilla each. It's like the tortilla isn't even there and each taco breaks in your hand. The meat was flavorless. The beans lacked salt, they tasted like nothing. I'm giving 2 stars for the rice, it was pretty good. Aside from that, next time I'm looking for good tacos, I'll be eating elsewhere. read more

Bubba's Tacos truly exceeded my expectations in every way. Because their menu offered a wide variety of mouthwatering options, making it difficult to choose just one. From traditional tacos to creative and unique flavor combinations, there was something for everyone. Bubba's Tacos stays undefeated. I've been coming here for a while now and somehow it hits every single time. The food is always fresh, loaded, and super flavorful especially the shrimp and steak. Portions are solid too, so you definitely get your money's worth. Big bonus: it's halal. That honestly makes Bubba's even more elite because good halal taco spots are hard to find. Was googling Mexican Restaurants in the area and saw this place called Bubba's Tacos, and decided to give it a try. Talked to one of the employees there, told him it was my first time, and what do you recommend? He told the best seller was the surf & turf burrito, so I went with that. Let me tell ya I was not disappointed. This burrito was stuffed with asada, shrimp, rice, beans, all the fixings. I definitely recommend this place. Bubba's has just added a new customer. read more

His name was Vicente, and the way my order was deliberately overlooked while I stood there waiting was completely unacceptable. I don't expect special treatment--I expect the same treatment as every other paying customer. Unfortunately, after this experience, I cannot recommend this location.
