Everything was balanced--the soft rice, the rich flavors, and I opted to have the beans on the side, which were so good I ended up just devouring everything. Bubba himself was in the house, and the guy is as welcoming as it gets. Super friendly, laid-back, and generous. I've gone to both Tacos Los Cholos locations to fulfill my keto requirements, but it's nice to know that I have a much closer option now thanks to Bubbas Tacos. I had the Surf and Turf taco keto style and a regular chicken taco, and both were really tasty. I enjoyed the flavor immensely, and the quality of the meats and shrimp was great. It's a pretty small place, and I came in at just the right time. It was completely full and fits maybe 30-ish people. I appreciate that the gentleman taking orders let everyone know that it was a 25-30 minute wait with how busy it was. There was a small ordering issue with a patron in front of me, but cashier was completely cool with fixing the order and making sure everything was correct. I did crack up at one of the ladies who was cooking and needed to clarify something with said patron, and she yelled "Hey!" a couple times before walking up to him. They did a great job of wiping down the tables after people left, and cashier guy asked us how we were doing and if we enjoyed the food once it died down. I also find it interesting that BBB is all over this spot. Does the Ball family own this spot? That aside, great food and really good service for a first time. Visited this place on a recommendation of some of my local employees and it was a good choice. The food had good flavor and cooked well with good seasoning. The rice and beans had good flavor as well and overall were very tasty. As far the portion size, it was a little small for me. I come from Texas and even at other taquerias here in California, they typically serve 5 street tacos to an order. So for this to only have 3 tacos, left me a little hungry and wanting to have more. Overall the ambiance is a little small Starter restaurant with limited seating but good overall food and overall good customer service. This is a good place for food and would definitely come back. Had to come pick up parts at Subaru of Ontario, since it was already lunch time, I Yelped for some grubs before heading back to Arcadia. Bubbas Tacos came up and browsed the food pics, service and ambiance. With all the great reviews, I had to give it a try. And so glad I did. Got the surf and turf burrito, a bit pricey but since it looked so delicious, nothing could have stopped me. The girl who gave me my order was so friendly and cute. Had a 40-minute drive back, but all I think of was to tear into the burrito. Finally got back to our shop, opened up the box and had my first bite, man was that satisfying! I never had Halal food before, but it won't be my last time. So good, steak/beef was seasoned perfectly, shrimps were fresh and snappy. It's another "Take Your Wife to Work Day" Summer Edition 2023. Today I headed out with hubby to the UPS Hub Ontario. He was craving tacos so I found Bubbas Tacos and another taco place nearby. He chose Bubbas tacos when I read down the menu. We were just having a convo about chili cheese fries last night so when I said "loaded fries" he said we're eating here. This small hole in the wall place was inside a small plaza in an industrial area. Easy and open park I g right out front. When we arrived about 11:40 am, the place was already busy with some locals but there was no line to order your food. The female employee that took our order was friendly. The place had a cozy sports atmosphere with some sports pictures/murals on the walls. The soda machine was not working today but the female employee offered us a cup of ice and there were cold canned and bottled drinks to choose from. We ordered the loaded fries with steak and chipotle sauce on the side (because hubby isn't too keen on mayo-based sauces). I was hoping to try the chipotle sauce on the side but they didn't give us any at all. No worries! I guess we'll have to come back another time. Our order came out fast, definitely less than 10 minutes. The meat was tender and cooked well with chopped onions. The roasted salsa was not hot or spicy but it had great flavor! I squeezed a little bit of lime on the loaded fries before stuffing our faces. Definitely a place to bookmark and come back for more good food. BTW... Been here a couple times and it's super good. This time I had the steak and egg breakfast burrito and it was top tier. One of the best BB's I've ever eaten. Great flavor and texture and the chipptle sauce and salsa were great on it. I'm more of a bacon or sausage BB guy so would be good to see that option. read more

Love Bubba's Place, the interior has a beautiful basketball mural as well as basketball memorabila. The unique flavors are unique to Bubba's style of cooking. The restaurant is located in more of an industrial area. They're in the west side of Milliken just south of Airport Rd. There's plenty of parking and they have indoor seating. As soon as I looked at my tacos, I knew I was going to be in a treat. I got the surf n turf tacos and they looked so flavorful. The fries my husband had were just made and super hot.
