Went this Sunday for the cowboys game. Expected a long wait so checked in online and it gave me 25-45 mins, showed up about 5 mins after checking in and told 30ish mins and 3 parties ahead of us. We ended up not waiting and finding seats at the bar, the 2 bartenders were very attentive and friendly. Food came out fast, I got the cheese fries and 2 flavors of boneless wings, parm garlic and hot... only downside is the hot wasn't hot at all considering how far up it was on the "hot scale" it was more like a mild but still good food. Food is always very good, the staff is friendly and the environment is great, I hear people say it is loud but it is no louder than Chili's or 54th Street or BJ's and the prices and servi g size is much better. Horrible service. Management all the way down to hostess. I stood at entrance for over twenty minutes waiting for them to get me the pizza they left off my to go order. Several staff members walk by a ringing phone and not because they were busy. They advertise freshly grounded burgers, hand tossed pizzas, and almost freezing (33 degrees-hence their name) cold beer! They have a pretty decent selection of appetizers (fried foods, wings, etc), pizzas, burgers, dinner entrees (salmon, chicken, ribeye), sandwiches, salads, kids' menu, and 3 dessert items. Here's what we got: Half order of onion rings Fried pickles -- it's pretty salty so chugging it down with a cold beer is highly recommended. Wild Shroomin' Burger - Beef burger patty with sautéed mushrooms, roasted garlic mayo, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. Pattys are pretty big and not bad at all. LoneStar Beer - $3.50 for a pint? (I just know it was cheap) Service was extremely helpful/friendly. They even waived our fried pickles because it did not come out within a certain timeframe (I think it was 10 or 15 mins??). We ended up adding that cost to the tip anyway. Would definitely come back if I'm craving an ice cold beer and a burger or pizza. NOTE: They keep the place pretty cold too so it might be a good place to hang out on a hot Texas day. We went on a Sunday evening and even though the place was crowded, we only had to wait 5 minutes to be seated. The place wasn't clean. There was alot of food and trash under our booth. Our menus were dirty, sticky, and one of them had some type of sauce inside the menu, which was gross. The garlic knots were really good. They were freshly made. The wings were also really good. We ordered a Nacho mama pizza, which wasn't bad, but is not something I'd order again. The drinks were really good too. read more

This place left me wanting more.....The wait when we arrived was 30 minutes, which isn't terrible, and they do a pretty good job of trying to turn over tables as much as possible. The first beer I ordered wasn't available anymore which was disappointing! Our waitress was a little slow to the game, she had to keep coming back and double checking and forgot drinks a couple times. She was hustling around, maybe she was just having an off night, or was overworked. The food was pretty good, there tater tots were really good, and they don't take shortcuts on freshness or on portion sizes. I would try again, maybe on a slower night to see if there is a change worth noting, or this is just the way it is there. Its a lot like a Chilis or a TGI Fridays in the sense of atmosphere, but with a lot more TVs to watch sports, which is a HUGE plus! read more

We haven't been here in almost a year. We should have stayed away longer. Food was not the same. And most definitely, aside from masks, no Covid guidelines were being enforced. Crowded both in dining areas, bar, and waiting area. It looked the same as before Covid. And it was dirty. The floors were nasty. We really should have left, but we drove 30 mins and decided to stay. Not worth the money when you get me two pieces of turkey on a turkey sandwich. I've seen other people order the sandwich and it's usually very big, it's sad that whoever made this tonight didn't care to make the sandwich properly. I love this place so this really sucks. Came and visited on a Tuesday. Location is nice right off the corner of Pay Booker & I 35. With 3 bars inside and about 100 tvs. My children and I enjoyed the Tuesday , chicken wings, nachos and pizza. The pizza was a Tuesday family night special. Everything was wonderful. We really liked the nachos because it was all gone. My kids have never eaten nachos that fast before. The pizza was great. But after eating the nachos we had only enjoyed 1 slice of pizza each. Our waitress was wonderful. She made sure our drinks were filled and our food was to our liking. We also ask her about why is 33 the # for Bubbas. She replied at first she first started working here it was for 33 types of beer. She explained that 33 is for 1933 when the Prohibition was passed. Great history lesson fellow yelpers. I bet you kids now a days never knew that alcohol was band by the government at one point. This place has been open for about three weeks now and we finally had some time to stop by and try this place out. I saw it being built and my family and I were really excited to try it and I am glad we did. The restaurant is really nice, has good seating, a nice bar area, great music, and tons of tv's! The service was also good even though our waitress was really hyper and needed to be told to just "chill and calm down" but was very helpful and sweet. For an appetizer we had their crooked fried cheese and layered cheese fries. For my meal I had their twelve piece wings which were half mild half teriyaki. My boyfriend had the smoked chipotle wings. It was all very good. We had a meaty meaty pizza as well. I loved the thin crust and flavor. For my drink I had some water and their Long Island ice tea. I really liked it. My previous 2 visits were very poor so I just stopped dining here. Recently, my daughter told me her friend started working here as a server so I gave it another shot. Shay is an absolutely amazing server. I never had to ask for refills on drinks. She gave us plenty of time to make our selections. I wanted to gather about 25 members of my family together for my sons return to service for Marine Corps MOS. We were told to arrive at 715 for 730 seating. Everything worked out perfectly. The food and drinks were amazing but the service from Trevor was even better. He had help with getting food and drinks out to us but his service the entire time we were there was top tier. It is always worrisome when going out with that big of a party, but this guy was a pro. We really appreciated the great send off we had for my Son. I would not go to this bubbas, I've never had a problem with them ever until at this location. Employee was seen changing in the kitchen at the guests view. Her dirty socks put on the table next to someone's meal. We did tell a 'manager' and all she was able to do was say "I'm sorry I will address it with my general manager" the absolute least she could've done was give us some kind of discount. But nothing, forced to pay for all my food even the cold meals. Will not be coming to this restaurant again and I absolutely hope they fired that employee. read more

Start with the large 16" pizza is actually only a 14". The grease on the bottom of the box said a lot. But the amount of corn meal that had to be scraped off from that grease on the bottom of the crust was quite excessive. Add a topping thats $1.50. So we paid 11 cents per sliver of onion. Seriously I counted 10 slivers of onion. The crust bone was 1/4-1/3 of the slice. So I'll tell you what, you aren't paying for sauce or cheese. Then there were the wings. Definitely not Buffalo wings, and definitely not hot. The only thing I was licking off my fingers was more grease. All in all pretty bad for thirty bucks. read more
