Stopped in for a quick bite after hitting rifle gear on Friday 7/30 to shoot through some ammo. Friendly service, food was good, drinks were crazy strong, left more than half of it so I could drive home. Plan on staying for at least an hour if you order a drink, seriously you'll need time to process it. Overall it was clean and Efficient. Drinks came, then app then food. This is a favorite of ours. We don't get down this way too often but you can't go wrong here. They have a fantastic menu and the food is great. We have always had great service. Top-notch salads, pizza, burgers and sandwiches. They have such a diverse menu, that I would be surprised if you couldn't find something you would like. The onion rings are amazing. I was sitting at the bar in your establishment (The Colony) yesterday around 7:30PM when a belligerent male began yelling about the "F'ing CHINESE virus, the CHINESE virus is BS" going on and on yelling Chinese virus extremely loud the second I sat down. The bartender got the manager, and by this time he had gone outside for a while. When he came back in, he was clearly drunk and still belligerent yelling about Trump. Your manager never once came to speak with me regarding this issue and despite some monitoring, they continued serving him. This is absolutely pathetic, especially when you could easily spend $100 on 2 people there. This is something that should NOT be tolerated and he definitely should not have continued to be allowed to be in the bar area PERIOD. There needs to be retraining done, especially considering your staff is diverse. read more

We tried Bubba's 33 in The Colony. We were pleasantly surprised. We got the Bacon, Avocado sandwich and fish-n-chips to go. When I arrived i expected to call and wait, I looked up from my phone to see a a waiter ready to ask my name for the order. He was back with our order in just a couple of minutes. When we ate the food it was still warm. It was very well seasoned and cooked. The bread was a little on the damp side from the condensation in the to-go container, not bad though. I only gave it 4 stars cause we had a 30 min wait so we opted for a bar table before hangry set in, completely my fault for being impatient, it was super loud and they had a tv blaring too, so everyone had to scream over the TV (which I didn't think you could do) so I couldn't talk to my family only read their lips, food was good, had fried pickles and the arugula pizza. they were short staffed but our girl was very good and attentive, I'd go back but take the wait for the main dining room, couldn't get out of there fast enough. read more

Great food. The pizza is the best we have found in the area. Burgers are also fantastic. Only complaints is that the music is so loud you have to shout at the people seated at the table with you. The wait staff had dificulty communicating over the music. read more

IHop had pissed us off and we decided to go to a different restauran, let me tell you best decision we made. This restaurant had good customer service, the manager had came to see if everything was good, not only the customer service was good but the food was good as well. We went in around 9:45, they sat us, but would not serve us and said the "kitchen was closed and they had already cleaned the bad." Therefore we could not get any service what so ever. I am uncertain why they even sat us to begin with when the refused to serve us. Seems as though they would rather go home than welcome Amy business in. Very poor customer service. read more

Loved this place. We came in on a Saturday afternoon. The manager actually came out and checked on us! I had fish and ... well onion rings. The beading on both was almost tempura-like and light. I can understand why my Dad and his buddies go there all the time. read more

Ugh...love this place and their food...HOWEVER, tonight we were very disappointed. Placed our order from home on the app. I got the Fried Chicken Dinner and the hubs got the Fried Shrimp and Chicken Strips. Chose our sides and dressings. Decided to check out this new place for brunch. Overall, great experience! We shared wings and the onion rings. Throughly enjoyed both. We've been there several times but one thing I've noticed is how unfriendly the unkept hostess and yesterday's lunch waitress had been. Waitress was completely inattentive and appeared to not want to be there! Food was good but I hate going into a restaurant where the staff seems disinterested in their work...and ultimately ignoring their customers! There's way too many other restaurants to choose from to deal with that! The only one that was friendly was the manager that came by....and we had to ask her for a condiment! Super Disappointed!! The only reason we really liked Bubbas was for the brunch. We went in on a Saturday and was really surprised there wasn't anyone there. Cause it's always majorly packed. Sit down all excited for some brunch and the young lady said they don't serve it anymore. So we said ok we are leaving, her answer was (yea a lot of people leave when they hear we got rid of it). Went on a Sunday during the cowboy game. Place was very busy and really loud! Tvs cover every inch of the restaurant. Has more of a sports bar feel than a family restaurant. The food was amazing! I recently made a list of places in the area i havent been before and this was on the list. I dont go out often, so i was excited to try a new place. We sat at the bar, and it was very obvious we were not a priority to our bartender. It was very difficult to get things ordered during our whole visit. I tried two different cocktails, both were okay. We got the garlic knots and it comes with a cheese sauce that seemed to be broken? The knots were fabulous but took a long time to come out. Honestly I liked the flavor of the cheese sauce but it just looked lumpy but not in a curdled way. I got a mushroom burger with grilled onions. I asked for medium well, but when I took a bite it looked like they just seared the outside of the burger - totally raw. It took some time to get attention to ask for it to be fixed, and when they took the plate back I assumed I would get fresh sweet potatoe fries. I didnt say anything but they were cold when they came out with the burger. When the food came back out it was very disappointing because the fries were all black/ burnt. The burger came back a better cook, and the flavor was good, but at that point I was just ready to leave. read more

When I go to watch the Dallas Stars" the local team" play in the first round of the Stanley Cup play offs and I'm told the the Golden State Warriors and Memphis basketball game take preference over the "local team". This is my first time here with my loving family:. We ordered a signature steaks, but my wife and daughter didn't like it because we didn't read the menu lol.. But the manager Nichole and our waitress Aleena were super kind to get my wife and daughter a regular rib steak and making us have a Wonderful first time experience....thank you for an amazing customer service again and being attentive.
