Yes this is a national chain owned by Texas Roadhouse but it's the only one in the state of Arizona. So it's become one of our neighborhood go to's. We love the all day draft specials, burger Mondays and pizza Tuesdays. Casual relaxed bar setting with friendly servers who always make sure you're being taken care of. Restaurant side is very family friendly as well and the menu has plenty of options for all tastes. read more

Came here for the first time last night it was pretty good, did not know that it is related to Texas roadhouse which is a surprise. I ordered the spicy burger hubs got the mushroom burger both were delicious. The taste was really good however the burgers crumbled a little bit easily and fell apart as we ate it. So it was kind of a messy meal for both of us. The wait wasn't very long for two people however if it's a party of four or more and you came on a weekend the wait is a bit longer. Dig the music videos that were playing it was super cool, you can also watch a ton of sports on TV as well. Amazing appetizers! Noah helped us decide with his descriptions and recommendations. It was noisy in the bar but that was kinda nice that we didn't have to be quiet while two two friends got caught up on life! Note: they do not have blended drinks. The service was great our server was kind and attentive most of the stars are service and drink related. We ordered two mix drinks that were awesome a raspberry lemon drop and a strawberry margarita. The atmosphere was very fun and energetic. The music was diverse which was also very enjoyable. The wings my son ordered were good and so were the sweet potato fries but the pizza was just ok. The burger my husband had he says could have been better. Overall we liked the experience enough to try it again and just try different food orders. Ate here once before and LOVED IT. Got the garlic knots, some burgers, and their deluxe pizza. However, this time around we ordered take out and everything kind of fell apart both figuratively and literally. Got the deluxe pizza, and it was like all the toppings were thrown on AFTER the pizza was cooked. It was pretty evident that it was a pepperoni pizza prior and someone "recycled" it for our order, not to mention the pizza itself looks dry and was luke warm while the vegetables were fresh and cold. Not to mention the garlic knots did not have any flavor or garlic to them. This was severely underwhelming and a waste of money. Seems the quality is thrown out the window when you order take out. Way to noisy for us,ordered a beer before dinner,did not receive it,when the food was delivered,we reminded her,still no beer,had to tell her to take it off the bill at the end of the meal.The hamburgers had so much bbq sauce on them that they dripped all over including my shirt,had to eat with a knife and fork.And of course like every other restaurant,not enough help. I have seen the reviews and photos piling up on Yelp like a bad pile-up at the 101 / 17 interchange. I placed an order online this evening for my lovely bride and I. Very easy to use website, simple and effective. We were both craving a burger and Bubba's has come up time and time again. They did not disappoint. Our order was ready for pick-up promptly. They have plenty of ample parking smack dab in the middle of P83. There's a multitude of restaurants and bars in this area and they all seem to share the same large parking area. The spots are plentiful and spacious. The entrance to the restaurant is clean. We arrived and told the podium we were here to pick-up our take out order. We popped a squat in the waiting area and our food arrived promptly. I cannot speak on behalf of the wait staff or their service since we got take out. Enough of those shenanigans, let's talk about this burger. I opted for the double bacon burger which was gigantic. I was hungry and even that was just too much. That comment has nothing to do with the quality or taste, I'm simply stating that if you order (2) patty's - you better be damn hungry. I typically like my burgers medium-rare but unfortunately, you get your burger grilled as medium well. They weren't like hockey pucks, but they were a bit more done than I personally like. I don't know why more burger joints don't give you the option. Yes, I am well aware of the dangers of eating meat that might be a tad undercooked. I'm an adult. I'll sign a waiver. I just want my burger the way I want my burger. Apparently, in this day and age, that's too much to ask. No disrespect meant for Bubba's as I'm sure they're just doing their due diligence to alleviate lawsuits. The veggies on my burger were fresh and crisp and the cheese was plentiful. The fries were crisp and fresh without being soggy or drowned in oil. I'd like to come back here to try their pizza which everyone seems to rave about. The burgers were delicious minus the ability to order the patty to my liking. All in all, a successful takeout outing! My group of friends come here a few times a month to grab dinner and drinks after our long days. We come here so often that management and staff are familiar with us. The food is good, typical American food type of restaurant. Burgers, sandwiches, salads and pizza. My go-to are the boneless shotgun flavored wings on their appetizer menu. They're my favorite flavored wings from almost every place I've been too. The hubby and the other guys always order beers and as far as I know, their selection is decent. Nothing boring but nothing unique, if that makes sense. I did however order a salad a few weeks ago and it was the most disappointing item I have ever ordered at this restaurant. It was extremely skimpy and small for the price. I believe it was $9-$10 for what would be the size of a small side salad. I've also posted an untouched photo when I received my plate. I shared the salad with my partner and we literally had 3 bites. Next time I will stick with what I know is good. For all you adventurous eaters out there. Their black bean burger is the best I've ever had! Go for it and try something new. read more

Everything out of the kitchen was fast, hot and delicious. This isnt your ordinary place. Lazy dog, Bjs, learn something from this amazing place and staff. I can't think of anything bad to say at all. We've been to this place several times since moving to Phoenix from California and I've tried the burger menu and some of the local beers. The appetizers are absolutely delicious. My family enjoys eating here. There's literally something to appease everyone's appetite. Staff has always been friendly to us. I recently tried this place with a friend last week, then I returned today with my husband. The food is great, the service is great and the drinks are also great! They have a variety of meals, appetizers and a large drink menu. Our server was Josh and the last time, my server was Brook during the day. Both servers were friendly, outgoing, attentive and timely. You rarely get great service these days so I'm glad I found this gem. My favorite food so far is their wings and cheeseburgers. I've also heard their pizza is great! Just no. We went on a Monday night for their $7.99 burger special. I ordered the mushroom burger & my husband had the sunshine burger that was anything but sunshine. His burger came with 2 hockey puck shaped chunks of beef. One was cooked very well done & the other completely raw. The fried egg on top only added to the dryness and grossness. My mushroom burger was with mushrooms so old and dry they were crispy. The burger was so over cooked it crumbled when I cut it in half. I ordered a side salad instead of fries for $2.00, totally not worth it. They should have it right, this is their specialty. Seriously so gross. Service sucked as well. The bathrooms were a mess and out of paper towels. This place is all around gross. Don't risk it. There's a lot of great places close by. read more

Our 1st time here. We have been by this place several times and we finally made our way over. The service was A+ and the food was very good! Our server Kami, was kind and phenomenal! Give her a raise! She found out it was our 1st time and explained everything. The manager, David, was just as kind, friendly and personable. He offered us a free appetizer for the next visit. Every single thing in the menu has been pleasing except the fried pickles. Nah...much better to be had. So busy, but glad for the business.
