The food we received was good. The problem was items that I asked to be removed from my chicken were not and the items I wanted were not there. Plus we were missing an order of cheese fries that I paid for. We were also missing our cocktail sauce but received an abundance of mustard and mayonnaise as if we had ordered burgers which we did not. This was my first time dining in at this establishment and my experience was great! I sat at the bar and was greeted by the bar tender who was so sweet and super helpful! I forget her name (sorry). I started off with fried pickles and the blue ocean mixed drink. Both were good! I will say that the fried pickles were good, just a little too salty and I'm a salt lover. I ordered the garlic Parmesan wings with fire fries. I LOVE THEIR FIRE FRIES! If you like hot/spicy then you'll love those fries! The bar tender suggested eating them with a side of queso and I swear it was the best combination. Last drink I had was the Long Island and it was good as well. Family fun day and decided to try Bubbas. We didn't have to wait long and our waitress was nice. If you're a sports fan, it's a nice place to because there are TVs everywhere broadcasting major games. The menu offers a great variety for whatever mood you're and kid friendly! The food came out quickly and tasted great. The chicken philly was huge and I was only able to finish half of it. i went to bubbas tonight with my family and i got a steak and mac & cheese and it came undone and disgusting so i asked them to take it back and thought maybe they would let me get another side for free or something a worker/ manager named tyler came to the table and proceeded to charge me for it and said if i was to get another side he would charge me for that too! i was pissed. this was our family's spot and have never been treated like this ever coming here if he's working there i wouldn't recommend eating there at all, poor service and poor management! do better!! read more

This is a very busy little spot in Gastonia North Carolina. Cutely decorated with a wide variety of items on the menu. The chicken nachos are a must try. But the picture of the bloody Mary speaks for itself awesome! The pizza is also wonderful! Our party also tried the guacamole burger, which was big enough to feed 2 people! I normally give 5 stars, and I would have, however; and I have to preface this with, we had no idea that the food was all spicy the menu did not elude to it, I could not eat just about 90% of the food served there. That being said I will go on with the review because, I know that not many people have my particular allergy. Some of the best advertising I've seen since "Where's the beef?" The Menu/ The Food: This is where it gets a bit dicy, so my allergies are, capsaicin and nuts, nuts won't kill me but capsaicin will. I will go into a full anaphylactic shock if I eat more that a tiny bite. I let our server know this, and the poor thing ended up running back and forth to the manager with each selection I made, all of them had some kind of hot peppers in it in some way. This included the Philly CheeseSteak. I know.... I was surprised too... I ended up choosing the Bacon Chicken Mac & Cheese with no chicken because the chicken was seasoned with.... Yep...Cayenne. The Mac & Cheese was awesome! My hubby loved the Philly, everything was fine though I think a warning in the menu would be a good thing, because ordering a simple "Fish & Chips" does not evoke the thought that the batter would be seasoned with Cayenne or Chili Powder, being that it is from across the pond and all that, it also does not list that in the description. I gave 4 stars because I am fair and honest, The music was awesome the Server was superb, the food was good, however, I was not left with much to choose from between Mozzarella sticks, Salmon (which I do not eat) and Mac & Cheese without the chicken. The bar selection seemed pretty good, the beer prices were a little on the pricey side but the food was inexpensive enough to make up for it. Good takeout experience. Easy to order online and then they come out to you to bring you food curbside. Huge black bean burger- insanely massive. Fries were crispy. Husband liked his beef burger. Update: This is 10000% our favorite place in Gaston county. We have been coming once a week and we are obsessed! The drinks are AMAZINGGGGG. The food is so good and the portions are large. The prices are really good and the staff are so nice and quick. So far we have tried the wings, pizza, burgers, salads, lasagna, and steak! The lasagna is my favorite! If you want an appetizer the chorizo queso dip is soooo yummy! If you haven't tried this place it's a must! It's super easy to get added to the wait list online. The food is fairly good here though we had an unpleasant encounter with one of the employees. It was last week around 11:00 and we were the only customers in the restaurant. The music was blasting so loud we couldn't hear each other talk. We simply ask the waitress if the music could be lowered a little. She said the manager Tyler said no. A employee Ryan came over and offered to move us to a different location in the restaurant but we had just got our food and didn't want to move. He let us know that the music was loud for their target customer so they had to leave it up for them. He became angry and slapped his hand down on the divider behind us. Totally not called for. Again we are the only ones there. We eat here at least once a week for lunch. The wait staff is very nice here and ironically the music is good when not ear splitting. Walked into the restaurant with a-lot of seats to be filled. Server wanted to seat us on the corner booth where a booth shouldn't be in the first place. I had to asked for another seat and was told I would have to wait 15 minutes however the manager told the server, " why didn't you just put them in the booth behind that table." We made "call ahead " seating here for a group of 10 ( keeping it within the guidelines of 10 and under) recommended by a friend. We made the reservation and happened to be a few minutes late, we were so impressed when they called US! Said our table was ready and to simply check in when we got there. Once we got there,we went through a few steps to get to our table ( totally understandable) Got seated and was greeted by Jennifer. She was very sweet and took care of us right away. I've been twice. Last week I ordered the Mac and Cheese with Chicken and bacon. The bacon did not make it in there but a hair did. The staff was awesome about it so I thought I'd give it another try. Today I ordered a salmon salad. The dressing did not come out with our meals so I asked for some. After everyone at my table was finished the manager happened to walk by and I told him what was going on. He apologized and brought me some. If the place was packed I would understand but it wasn't. I think the waitress took a break and just forgot. Nevertheless, the entire staff is extremely friendly and the food is okay.
