We loved the food. The service was decent for the first week. But they deducted my entire bill, tip included, then proceeded to charge me separately for the tip, in total double charging me for the tip. $8 is only $8, but when I called the next day I was told by the manager that the system was new and he was learning it, but he had a lot going on and wasn't sure when he was going to get back to me. That was 3 days ago, and they're closed until 4 on weekdays, and I've been unable to get through. This was a bummer for us because we really really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. 1 Star is harsh, but when it comes to no shits given over patrons money, it warrants it. *EDITED* as of today, the extra charge is no longer pending, so no double charge. I know this place just opened, but man it was the best experience! I know a lot of new restaurants have a growing period, but not this one. We came at lunch time on a Sunday and they sat us promptly and Brittany, our waitress, was awesome. The staff was all pleasant and even had a manager come by to ask us how everything was. Now on to the food!! We were given a complimentary cinnamon knots which were yummy. We got the crooked fried cheese as an appetizer and omg!! Those were easily some of the best mozzarella sticks I've ever had. They didn't have too much cheese or beading. Perfect combo! I had the spicy chicken burrito from their brunch menu. It was the best breakfast burrito I've ever had. It was spicy and delicious. The chicken and meats were cooked perfectly and the eggs, beans, and potatoes were in perfect harmony. I couldn't even finish it, but man I wanted to! My fiance had the sunshine burger with fire fries. First off: fire fries are regular fries topped with their spicy seasoning. Secondly: they are delicious! Just the right amount of spicy for a side. The burger was cooked well and the egg wasn't too runny either. And the bacon beef burger patty was great! Food was great! Server very friendly and attentive. However, we waited 1 hour for our food while everyone else around us was getting theirs. I believe they lost our orders - then lied about it. My husband and I just went for the first time, we almost chose not to because the most recent review (one day ago) was awful! But I'm glad we decided to go because our experience was amazing and we very much look forward to returning. Their food was obviously fresh and delicious, the drinks were fantastic, and their drink menu is extensive! We sat in the bar area, and the music was a bit loud but it wasn't overwhelming! The food for the most part is good. The problem is when you place an order online and if you make special requests on an order. Online orders ask for a pick up time, however if you are not on your way regardless of the time requested your food may be sitting for hours. If you ask on a take out order and ask for the condiments on the side, make sure you check before leaving because you will not have any. read more

Absolutely a failed managers' playpen; 7 of us wanted beers and food to watch the basketball game last Saturday. Waitress so slow getting to us that we had to order all drinks and food together, and she made more excuses than the law allows. She blamed the back bartender for just hanging in the back moving bety slowly with the drink orders. People sitting around the bar were taken great care of because the bartender could just hand them a beer. Our food and drink came out at the same time 50 minutes after we had been there 20 minutes just waiting on a waitress. I also wanted to see a manager in which there were 3 sitting out in the dining area just talking, they said I could not bother them. I will say if you have nothing but time on your hands, and do not expect a cold beer quickly and you prefer to have your food and beer arrive at the same time, go to this place. But for a timely beer with a caring waitres, do not waste your time. That is why you stay with a place that the service, product, and management truly need training. They are really unaware of what it takes to maintain a reputable restauran; we spend $500.00 minimum a month eating out plus 22 or 25% on tips. Not here! Bye bye! read more

First time here, not sure what to expect. Service was great! Nacho was very good. Loved their pizza and lasagna. Food came out a little late but the server explained they burnt the first one so they remade it. I appreciate restaurants that value the quality of their food over speed. I would rather wait than being served with bad food. I ordered a strawberry margarita I thought it was ok but didn't complaint about it. Yet the server came back later to apologize that they didn't make the drink right and they offered to make me another one for free. Again, I value how they do their best to make sure everything comes out right without my complaint. With that said I will definitely go back again. read more

Food is mediocre. Now that they're only doing take out they've decided that it's a good idea to blare music in the parking lot even though there's an apartment complex next door. Every night we have to put up with this obnoxious music. They don't care that there are people with lives across the street. They don't care that we're stuck at home and just trying to relax. Bubbas is ok. It's not to die for but they have some really good things on the menu. The last couple times I've been they have been on the slower side but it was busy. Wings aren't the freshes and the nachos have a real sour taste to them. This time when I want my chicken sandwich it was a spicy one had so much sauce you couldn't taste anything else. We decided to try Bubbas 33 for the first time on Saturday at the recommendation of a friend. We walked in and noticed the sign said open seating. We selected a boooth near the screen showing the game we wanted to watch. We confirmed with the young lady sweeping the floors that the booth selected would be fine. She confirmed it would be. We were sitting for 2 or 3 minutes when another young lady, obviously agitated, came up and said the section was closed and told us we would have to move. No problem. We moved to the table just to the left of where we were initially seated. We placed our orders and waited.... and waited.... and waited. Our drinks were finally delivered with an apology that the bartender was by themself tonight. Still, no problem. We enjoy our drinks and wait for our food... and wait some more.... and more. Our food is finally delivered and my food is cold! My friend's food is nice and hot. It was clear my food was prepared and sat while they prepared my friend's food. When the waitress asked if everything was fine, I shared that my food was cold and accepted the offer to prepare a fresh batch of fries. Being that it was late and I was starving, I declined the offer to redo my burger. Without asking, a manager came to our table. He was polite. He confirmed my food was prepared before my friend's and sat until both orders were ready. He apologized and offered a coupon of some sort to come back and experience a burger the way it was supposed to be, HOT! He reached in his pocket, said he didn't have anymore, and said he would be back. The waitress returned with a new batch of fries that were clumped together, burned and extra greasy. We finished our meals, paid our bill, and used the restroom before heading out. We never saw the manager or anyone else acting on his behalf. So, I rate Bubba's 33 with a 2. The food tasted good. The service is SUPER slow. Staff is not very courteous or polite. Management is clearly not consistent, and it is clear customer satisfaction is not very important. I won't be rushing back to Bubba's 33 anytime soon! read more
