Had dinner with friends and relatives Thursday night. Was very pleasantly surprised! Had expected mediocre sports bar food but the food was excellent, the portions plentiful and the cost was inexpensive! Would have liked to sample the beers but was driving so will have to review that later. Will be back for sure. read more

Loved the atmosphere! No wait time. Food was delicious! We had the chicken nachos as an appetizer, highly recooked. The smoked wings were wonderful. Won't be returning here in the future. We had to wait until all 8 people from our party showed up to be seated even though we asked to get a table and get drinks while we waited for them. Once seated we were split into two separate booths because they didn't have tables. We waited over an hour to be seated and not one person that worked there informed us that we would be split up. We never seen a manager to complain and the waitress didn't try and make it right. On top of all of this the service was slow and food wasn't anything to write a review about. read more

I placed an online order and arrived about 5 minutes before my scheduled time. The order was delivered to my car within a minute or two which was great. The two employees that delivered the food read the receipt to me and it sounded like everything was there. However, when I got home I did not have an order of broccoli and our salads were not made correctly. The broccoli was a big deal because it was for our daughter that has dietary restrictions and the broccoli is one thing that she can have at Bubbas. Whomever prepared our order did not pay attention to detail so my daughter ended up having to make something at home for dinner due to the lack of the broccoli side. I also contacted the manager to let them know of the mistakes and she took my email and said she would send a coupon to cover the "miss" by her team. She took my email address but sadly I never received a coupon so I will be contacting the store tomorrow to ask why we never received the coupon. My husband and I decided to try this. Looked very inviting. Upon being seated we waited 10 minutes for service (it was very slow at the time we were there). We had 3 waitresses look at us and not one person waited on us. They were not busy at all and another party was seated after us and they were waited on promptly. Needless to say, we got up and left. My family and I passed Bubba's on our way into Beldon Village and stopped out of pure curiosity. I'm very glad that we did. We ordered the Layered Cheese Fries appetizer and enjoyed looking around at the various TVs and chatting while we waited for our meal. They were busy so the service was a little slow but our waitress Dharma was very good. When our food arrived (Macho Taco Salad, Bacon Burger, Sunrise Burger) it was hot and delicious. Wouldn't recommend or come back. Pizza was burnt and wings not crispy. Scraped the top of Pizza so I could eat it, manager wanted to make another one, didn't want to wait another 20 minutes. Didn't take off my bill but the waitress wanted to know if I wanted a box so I could take home and scrap the rest of the top off. Who says that! Me and wife sat at the bar, tons of tv's and good atmosphere. Service from the bartender was excellent. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries, she ordered the shrimp po boy. Both were good. I ordered my burger medium, it came well done, but was still pretty good. Overall the food was decent, but not memorable, typical bar food. I would recommend it though. read more

Well this is going to be another highly positive review of our dining experience on 6/24/2017 at the new Bubba's 33 here in Canton,Ohio. The menu is extensive and the service was great !!! There are lots of fun decorations as well as TV's with employees who are extremely efficient and helpful. Our server was Sabrina who kept our beverages filled and certainly made our visit a great reason to return....thank you Sabrina. Oh, and the food was absolutely delicious. !!!! read more

We went to Bubba's on a Monday night around 7pm & was very disappointed! I had heard there were problems with service when they first opened so we waited a few months. The hostess was taking us to our seat on the patio & she was talking about the place as we were walking but apparently she didn't realize no one could hear a thing she said because it was quite loud & we were behind her. Then we waited at least 20 minutes just to be acknowledged by anyone! We had to find our own menus while we waited & we were just getting ready to go someplace else when our server finally showed up. I realize she was busy with a big table but SOMEBODY should have gotten our drink order for her! Since it took so long for service we ordered our food at the same time as drinks. We waited 20 MORE MINUTES for drinks & at least 30 more for the food which wasnt even hot! In the meantime while we're waiting for service, employees were coming & going, sitting out on the patio eating. I get the feeling service is not a priority & neither is hot food - I wont be back. read more

Decided to give this place awhile to be open before we tried it. First, the decor is ridiculously patriotic to the point of being annoying. I have an issue with people using the American flag as their marketing tool and this place really oversteps that boundary. Although the place was lass than half full, service was very slow. This seemed to be mostly the fault of the kitchen. Music was extremely loud where we were sitting. There were so many staff people just hanging around and talking. Meal was not great. Although we ordered our burgers (4 of us) exactly the same, everyone of them were at a different degree of wellness. It ranged from medium rare to well. If you're going to put the word "burgers" in your name, you should probably do great burgers. I'm sure this place will appeal to many people for the cheap drinks and country atmosphere, but for our group, we found it to be like something that had been done many years ago. There were so many places like this in the 1980s, this feels like a sad copy of those. May give it another try to see if this was just an off night, but that would be it. I'm sure they spent a fortune on the building and decor, but what does that matter if you can't cook a burger correctly? read more

Not a good experience. First off, it took forever to be seated which they were busy so I'll let them slide. However once a table opened up we waited beside the table 10 minutes for someone to come clean it off. The chairs were dirty and I had to ask the guy wiping the tables to wipe the chairs. Once seated the server was prompt with our drinks and order, however we waited over an hour for our food. The server came by and gave us free chips and salsa. About 10 Chips for 5 people mind you. The food FINALLY arrived and NONE and I mean NONE was made the way we asked, Medium rare? No, more like well. Crispy bacon, nope floppy noodles. Sent back the bacon and it came out a second time soggy. If I'm going to wait an hour please get it right, geesh. Told our server our experience was bad and she sent out the manager. Manager was nice and said she would take some off our bill. I think she took off like 10% or something. Thats fine but taking off 10% after all the screw-ups seemed a bit sketchy. Was going to complain a bit more but by that time we had been there 2 hours and I was worn-out with the experience. You win. Will not be going back.
