The Peruvian roasted chicken was quite possibly the best I've ever had. And the crispy skin?! If crispy chicken were an ASMR video, this would absolutely blow it out of the water. My daughter was in heaven over the mac & cheese, and the empanadas were truly one of a kind. But what made the experience even better was the family behind the food. Olluco is family-owned and family-run, and you can feel how much heart they put into what they do. They were genuinely some of the kindest people we've met -- warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about their food. This little place is a hidden gem and absolutely worth seeking out. The food is creative, flavorful, fresh and made with so much care. 10/10 -- HIGHLY recommend! We're only here for a few days and somehow keep finding restaurants that make us want to extend the trip.
