There were times I thought they would just give up, as it was literally like something out of a movie. Multiple contractors and engineers told us they have never seen anything like it in thier lives. We are in the drying and anti mold phase, Lou reassured us he would be back regularly to monitor and treat as needed. Lou explained everything each step along the way, and why he had to do certain things. It ended up being a much bigger project than he expected, but he honored the quoted price. Not too much keeping this from a 5 star review other than the prices being on the high side for the toilet repairs. In the past two trips, I spent over $600. I could have a brand new toilet in place for that amount. The tech who came on the last trip did give some good advice to prevent the problem from re-occurring. The DAI team, especially Ryan, guided us through the morass of insurance claims to get to a fair settlement in, what we now know , is a relatively common time frame.
