I called the BBB, but they told me that Luxury Cleaners already had a bad rating with them, meaning more than three unresolved disputes. I tried again several times to see if the suit ever showed up, and one time the woman (Barbra) yelled at me telling me not to call anymore, and that they would call me if it ever showed up. 16 years later and I still have not had a call back. Since then, I can honestly say, I've never had such a horrible experience with any other company or service since then, that award stays with Luxury Cleaners.
