Absolutely awful service. Needed a Military uniform pressed and cleaned. When I picked it up it had…read moremore creases than it should, and more wrinkles than when I dropped it off. They used starch when I asked them not too. When asked if they could fix it same day they told me they do not operate the press on Thursday's. I'm glad they are giving the press a day off, but really?

In 2002 I dropped off a suit to be cleaned. I went in a week later to pick it up and they said it…read morewasn't back yet. This continued for a couple weeks. I finally got annoyed, and asked how long I would have to wait until they would reimburse me for the lost item. The manager kept telling me to wait. So after six weeks they admitted to loosing it. She said that I could have a $100 credit. I stated that was not acceptable and I needed a replacement suit. I still had the receipt for it and it was only purchased a few days prior to bringing it to them. I told her that the credit was useless to me because I only had that one item that ever needed dry cleaning and I only had this suit to attend a funeral. Plus, why would I bring more items to them when they lost the only thing I ever brought them. She stated that they never loose anything and they will only give me a credit and not reimburse me for my lost item. I called the BBB, but they told me that Luxury Cleaners already had a bad rating with them, meaning more than three unresolved disputes. I tried again several times to see if the suit ever showed up, and one time the woman (Barbra) yelled at me telling me not to call anymore, and that they would call me if it ever showed up. 16 years later and I still have not had a call back. Since then, I can honestly say, I've never had such a horrible experience with any other company or service since then, that award stays with Luxury Cleaners.

This company was recommended to me through a carpet store where I bought carpeting in Cape Cod…read more I had my carpet, sofas and area rug cleaned by them. The carpet and sofas were done in the house. The area rug which is off white was sent out. The in home items were beautifully cleaned. The area rug had areas that were still dirty when returned. I spoke to Bill the manager who had the rug picked up again and he worked on those areas. It came back today and looks excellent. I am extremely impressed with the customer service in this company. Bill and his workers have all been polite, extremely helpful and aim to please. The people who answer the phones are lovely, helpful and the time frames they provide are exact. One of the best companies I have had experience with.

They were excellent, my rug came back always after 2 months, clean with no residues at all. as I forgot the company's name, I googled and got the carpet cleaning experts contact, I called and set a time for my rug to be picked up. the following day a young man came in picked up the already folded rug. IN ONE WEEK they delivered my rug totally damaged, including discoloration in the fabric and bleeding of colors, A Persian rug takes at least one month to be cleaned. the Manager came to my house in arrogant behavior, denying the damage, and said you have plenty of Persian rugs you don't need this one????
