I requested a quote through the website as I had a terrible time trying to find a reputable company who would respond to my inquiries and wasn't a broker. I needed to make arrangements to move my friend's daughter's care from No Cal to So Cal, while they were abroad. The car was being picked up and dropped off from friend's houses. Adding to the complication, I am located on the east coast, my friend and his daughter are in Japan and the car and Brian are on the west coast.
