Perfection Auto illegally towed my car this morning from a parking lot that I have been parking in…read morefor years as a tenant. They made no effort to verify my address before towing my car, because if they had, they would have seen that I am a tenant who resides there. When I arrived at Perfection Auto to discuss the issue and retrieve my car back, the business doors were locked. I had to call them, and they told me to go to the other side and see the gas station attendent. I walked over to the gas station side, but no one was to be found. I even walked into the gas station office, nobody was there either. Waited a bit, and finally a younger employee showed up outside, who I let know of the issue. He then had us wait some more as he called the owner of Perfection to come over. The owner arrived a short time later, angrily stomped out of his car without a word to me, walked into the office where I followed, and then proceeded to tell me that I owe him $132 to get my car back. Despite my efforts to explain that I was lawfully parked, illegally towed, and providing evidence of this, Mr. Penta rudely denied any responsibility and told me to take it up with the property manager. A property manager in which Mr. Penta just so happened to have on speed dial, since he quickly called them after I said I will be taking recourse against this. After their call, all I was offered was the property manager's name. No phone number, no email, no REAL justification for why my car was towed - and he still expected me to pay the fee. Mr. Penta had no response when I stated and showed him photos of the sinage posted where I was parked. Not only am I tenant, but it does not state anywhere on the sign that your car will be towed for parking there, nor did it give any information as to where the car would be towed to. I initially thought my car had been stolen and called the police and found out that it had been towed. Because I kept questioning the legality of the tow, Mr. Penta threatened to call the police on me, swore at me, and stated that I wouldnt get my car back. I was left with no option but to pay the fee in order to get my car back. As a loyal customer who has utilized Penta Auto body services in the past, and with several friends and family that have also used your services, we are incredibly disgusted with your predatory business practices and will NEVER be taking our cars here again. I took in my car for washing and my casing of the driver's side mirror was broken by the machine. He argued with me and I requested him to check his video. Then he said the video doesn't show. I insisted and he sent me to his friend's auto body shop who checked the car and he sided with the manager. I drove an hour away to wash my car and the manager treated me like crap. His friend sided with him Up to now my car is not fixed. His friend sided with him. He first told me that part doesn't exist on the market. Then I told him I need to get it from the dealership and he added that am I gonna spend that much money to fix such a small thing?Then I replied why not. Then he argued and said the casing was broken before which was not true. He was already biased since him and the manager were close friends. My car is not fixed up to now but it's just the casing which has to be replaced. So I drive as is. Will never take my car there nor will I send somebody there for car washhing I gave up.

Other automobile shops sent me an estimated invoice of over $5,000 for the AC alone and could not promise the problem to be fixed. WIth Sarris, less than half of the budget and all the problems fixed beautifully. Mr. And Mr. Sarris are genuine people who actually care about others. From several in person visits, I built a personal friendship with them. The guys that work there, Johnson and Andy are also genuine and bright people. They truly give you this feeling that you are welcomed and accepted there and they always find solution for you. I wasted thousands of dollars on my car until I met Sarris. They are super fair, reliable and have not forced any unnecessary services onto me. They even sent me to Herb Chambers (which I really dislike) when a catalytic converter was broken. They told me that Mercedes extended the warranty on many of them, but of course won't tell their customers until they bring in the car. So unless Peter (the boss I think) had told me, I would not have known and probably paid for a new catalytic converter my self into their pocket. WOW - A trustworthy car repair shop.
