Ok for the money, good for a "simple" stay. Definitely not super-modern (although it has been updated, with newer windows and bathroom), nor is it a "fancy" place. And even though the word "suite " is in the name, my room was not a "suite", but it was plenty big enough. Also, it is a MOtel, (with the doors in the front part of the building right along the parking lot and facing the street), not a HOtel with an indoor corridor. I was not expecting this, but it was fine. It has its good points. There was a refrigerator and a microwave, big TV, a good bed with lots of pillows, a decent-sized bathroom, fast Internet and lots of lights that actually worked. The room smelled good and was clean, had cool furnishings. I was on the upper floor in the back, and below me was a nice large wooden deck where you could hang out, if you so desired, and stare at the woods and enjoy the bird song. As with any older place, there were several quirks/imperfections, like small holes in the wall where a rack was moved, some of the tiles in my bathroom floor creaked when I walked on certain spots, my curtain to the outside world was a little gappy (duct tape is a wonderful thing) and one panel had been installed upside down, you use an actual key to get in your room, and if you want ice, the manager has to get it for you. None of these quirks/imperfections were overwhelming, just numerous. It is also a smaller place, so a person is not in the office 24-7, their board said 9 AM to 8 PM, although someone is always available by phone. I got good customer service while I was there. I suggest you ask for a room on the back of the building, as they face some nice woods, and the traffic noise is very minimal - I could feel rather than hear when a big truck went by, which was only a few times. One of the bigger points for me to stay here was that this place is outside the main hubbub of Eureka Springs, as I was just passing through town and was not interested in the touristy part of town. I stay here every time I visit Eureka Springs. I have lived in Fayetteville since the 70's and have stayed many places prior to Brydan. Don't let the known names fool you as they are out dated inside and have a musty old smell. Since Brydan took over this location they have done a full restoration of each room. This is the cleanest and easiest location in Eureka. read more

This place is so comfortable! The pillows and beds are the bomb! So let me start with that we came out to this location to get away and unwind. We have very stressful jobs and needed a break! We needed a place that had a view off into the woods and also had a place we could sit up late at night and hang out with our friends. This met all of our expectations! These rooms are clean! Scrubbed from top to bottom. The furnishings and equipment may be a bit worn, but it is kept extremely clean!!! This was perfect, as we were not looking for an upscale city location, we wanted rustic and quaint! We will stay here from now on, as long as they have a room available!!! Room was clean but definitely not a suite as advertised. Old furniture, lamps, small table with 2 chairs was the room decor. It appeared we were the only guests but were given a room on the road side so there was traffic noise. Rooms were advertised as having decks but our room opened up to the parking lot. Definitely will not stay here again. It should be classified as a motel. Not worth $338 that we were charged for 2 nights including their over $100 added on for service fees. We did receive fresh towels after asking. And look at this agreement they want you to sign when checking in. read more

The hotel looked sketchy as soon as we pulled into the parking lot. We wanted to get checked in around noon but the office was locked, so we had to look for things to do around town, occasionally checking back to see if the office was open. At 2:00 pm we finally got in. The door was covered in masking signs and covid B.S. ( our check in date is Nov, 5, 2022). The desk jockey was masked before we walked through the door and insisted we put on a mask. I put ot on like a chin diaper. The covidiot have never read the side of the mask box where it tells you they don't stop virus spread but this wall-eyed moron wanted us to put one on anyway. We got the key and proceeded to our room. Underwhelmed is a mild term. It was decorated in early American crime scene. I thought I detected the remnants of a chalk outline on the floor, but it could have been my imagination. We settled in, got dressed for our evening activities and headed out. We returned later that evening and went to bed. If not for the chalk outline, I swear the floor would have been a better choice to sleep on. We got up in the morning, poorly rested and sore as hell. Avoid this place like the bubonic plague, as its possible you might contract said plague from within its diseased walls. read more

Good location. About the best thing about the place. I agree with most of the other reviews in that the beds were hard. Very hard. The deck outside the room would have been softer. We would never stay here again. The only good thing I could say is location. When we booked it said breakfast and hot tub. They have neither. We were given a room on the backside of the motel and the grounds looked unkept and cluttered. We were the only guests so I'd assume we were given a nicer room but everything was trashy and the room stank. The bed was the most uncomfortable I've slept in since I was in my 20's and broke. One of the pillows literally smelled of body odor. The sheets were not clean. The bed had a bow in it. Anytime we were quiet we heard mice scratching in the walls. read more

When we arrived tired from a long drive, we were told that the room type we booked through Hotels.com was unavailable. We were offered a suite for a $30 upcharge per night. Exhausted, we agreed to the switch. However, for that cost, we had to deal with a broken bed and lack of amenities. I reported the problem the next morning - once the front desk finally opened - and was told that they would fix the bed. However, the best "fix" they could do was to provide a folded blanket to even-out the bed that had a hole in the mattress. But for our aching backs they offered a discount - for a FUTURE stay. We will NEVER book this motel again.  This is ridiculously UNACCEPTABLE! read more

Three day weekend stay in Nov - 2021. King size very comfortable bed - probably memory foam. Hot-Tub Jacuzzi in the king Suites And full bathtub & Shower in bathroom. Very large & long deck on the backside of facility. Additional fire-ring and sitting area for a group. Great quite location just south of the downtown area. Bryon was a great host. Tons of road noise, shower doesn't drain, towels are thin, shower curtain is yellow, the counter is for an extremely short person (not wheelchair accessible room), window curtain doesn't close....I used safety pins to keep it closed so people can't see in, thin bed cover, no coffee maker. Suite? Nope. Complimentary breakfast? Weak offering, horrible coffee. Not super clean, while looking for outlet, looked behind the bed stand. Mistake. Great location, great room with hot tub(room 27) a/c will freeze you out. Now the bad, bed hard as a rock, no coffee maker, no breakfast, no ice maker to be found. Great location, cozy room, free wifi, and friendly staff. Cant ask for much more. Has everything you need. Very clean and neat. Would definitely stay here again. Free indoor hot tub and nice deck area with fire pit. Right in the right part of town where it splits two directions to go downtown or head to get some food. Walmarts pretty close about 15 minutes away. Quieter area but close enough to get anywhere you need to be in 5 to 15 minutes. Wifi seems to have pretty good speed. Streamed movies and videos off of it with no trouble at all. Good size room and mini fridge. Stayed in the king suite. Best bang for your buck read more

I have mixed feelings about this place. When I checked in I had to pay the whole amount of my stay upfront, I have NEVER had to do that anywhere else I have ever stayed. Maybe the owners have been burned before, and I get that, but I thought it was odd. Get to the room and it smells, musty, moldy??? Stains and rips in the carpet. Stains in the towels and sheets, soft absorbent towels, scratchy sheets. Bed was to hard (I sleep on a memory foam posturepedic at home), pillows to soft. It is in a great location, the staff is friendly, it is clean besides the stains and weird musty smell. Free wifi with a great speed for steaming on Netflix. They do have a mini fridge and small microwave(great for all the water we went through). I booked through Expedia. It is listed having breakfast and a hot tub(2 of the 3 reasons I booked here). There is no hot tub. They do not serve breakfast. I've had the do not disturb hanger on my door the whole time, which the staff has respected(I have this thing about people in my personal space and around my high dollar hair and makeup products). So it boils down to this, would I stay here again? Maybe. The bed is just to hard. I have woke up very stiff and achy every morning. The location is great and it is quiet and I can look over the other issues. But fix your listings online so they aren't misleading. read more

We booked through booking.com. We were agreed upon the rate of $233 for two nights in a king room with balcony access. When we got to the hotel, we paid upfront for the remainder of the room, half was paid during the booking process. On the way to the room, the front desk clerk told us the room was still under renovations. When we got to the room it had a great deal of stains on the carpet (some nearly a foot in width), the tile grout had been removed, a great deal of the tiles were loose in the bathroom, two tiles were broken into multiple pieces, and the shower didn't appear to have been properly cleaned prior to our arrival (hairs on one side of the tub wall). Sheets and towels had multiple rust stains on them, and the shower curtain was not secured properly which resulted in it coming down twice. Tack strip between carpet and bathroom tile was exposed. We toughed it out one night due to the fact we already paid upfront (weird) and we could also not cancel through booking.com. My husband then asked the clerk Dan if we could be moved to another unit that was more suited for guests and he said he had no available rooms(yet the vacancy sign stayed on the hotel during our remaining stay). He offered to give us a discount on Our Next Stay....needless to say if you put us in a sub par room, we are not coming back for that said discount. We stayed the second night due to already spending money on it, but we were not pleased about it in the slightest. Absolutely unacceptable stay, will never go back. If your hotel rooms are not COMPLETELY finished, do not make them available for guests to stay in on websites. read more
