Unfortunately our visit this week disappointed. I will say that because of a problem in the original room we booked they did upgrade us to one of the larger apartments. When we arrived there wasn't anyone around even though their office sign said open. We even came back later and still no one there. They did answer our call as they were away from the property. The accommodations were clean and comfortable but the big disappointment was the food. We have stayed at many B&Bs and one of the highlights were the extraordinary breakfast that were served and many provided an evening desert. We were totally unimpressed with the thin slice of store bought pumpkin roll the evening we arrived and the second night they failed to bring a desert at all. The first morning breakfast wasn't horrible, but not impressive, biscuits and gravy and 2 pear slices. It is the second breakfast that stunned us. It was a small sausage patty, a flour tortilla folded over with Nutella in it and sliced bananas on top. We always have enjoyed our B&B stays and one of the reasons for our choosing to book a B&B is the enjoyment of a great breakfast. I've read reviews of others touting the breakfast so don't know what happened. Don't think we will have a return visit.

The apartment was so clean, and the perfect amount of space for me and my family. The owner, Pat, was so kind. Anything we could need, she provided. The location was perfect for walking into town, and all of the authentic stained glass windows were beautiful. Due to COVID, we didn't get to experience the awesome buffet breakfast, but we did get some cute muffins and handmade biscuits and gravy! (Yum!) The building does sit on the side of a steep mountain, and that means lots of stairs!! It was a fabulous workout, although a little inconvenient for my great Aunt, who has a wonky hip, but nothing we couldn't handle! Also, there were cats on the property! Super sweet babies! They made my trip even betg All in all, a fabulous stay. Would totally recommend! As long as you understand boundaries and not being disrespectful to the room and owner. You check off what you need like toilet paper or kitchen towels and put the paper out on a clip each day. You put your garbage out and used linens out to get replaced. Service is friendly and attentive with a convenience store for everything you forgot. The only thing that could be better is the beds. They really aren't that comfy. They sink so your back isn't straight and you wake up with a bit of a sore back.

Expedia stated I already paid half of what was owed. I get a call from the resort stating they didn't take the payment. She states "that's why they call" she felt the need to repeat herself very condescending. When something says I paid. I expect a payment to be made. Not at your discretion ma'am. This is very poor business practices for people on a budget. She had the nerve to scoff at me as well. I asked her to wait till Friday, that's when she practically laughed at me. It's only 4 days till Friday not a entire week. I guess they don't need the money that badly. In order to post this review, you have to give at least one star they're definitely not deserving of.

I contacted Dave at Eureka Sunset Cabins and he contacted the vendor and arranged for my refund; which he did not have to do. I am incredibly impressed with Dave and his exemplary customer service. Eventually, I will be able to thank him in person and enjoy a visit to Eureka Springs and Eureka Sunset Cabins.

We were in Eureka Springs for a family wedding, which meant we needed lots of space. My Aunt and Uncle have been coming here for nearly 30 years and typically stay in the "Texaco Garage" space that sits right next door. Since this spot holds up to 11 - and could easily accommodate more, it was perfect. The decor is very eclectic, and also very comfortable. Because it's quite old - probably built in the 20's - there are creaks and squeaks, and an overall dusty smell due to all of the nick naks, rugs, and vintage furniture. It very much has the feel of a lake or beach house - without the close proximity to water. Overall, it is a solid 4 stars for sheer space and proximity to all the amazing things Eureka Springs has to offer. In combination with the space next door, it would be perfect for a family reunion or big group weekend escape. As the 2 rental spaces share a common back yard and parking space, it would be great for BBQ's or family cookouts. It may not be for everyone, but if you have a large group and are looking for good space at a reasonable price, this may be to spot for you!

The house could be so great, but it was so dirty and neglected. There was water damage that was large and very visible. Large holes in closets. Lots of live spiders upstairs. Dead bugs under the sink in the bathrooms. This is just a sample of the issues. I was honestly embarrassed that I chose this place. Two of the rooms upstairs weren't even used because they were afraid of the bugs and the one light fixture was so dirty. I had to stay upstairs in one of the rooms with my husband and three year old. It wasn't a pleasant experience and my son ended up with a bite on his cheek one morning. I hope they fix this great house up. In the meantime I would find some place else to stay unless you like dirt and bugs. :)

This place is absolutely gorgeous and stunning. A perfect place to unwind and get away for a relaxing, quiet vacation. The barn has a loft bedroom, a private indoor hot tub and fully equipped kitchen. The bed, in particular, was a dreamy experience with the biggest mattress topper we have ever encountered. There is a separate billiard room with a big screen TV. When we arrived, there was super relaxing music playing and a mister with essential oils creating the perfect, soothing scent. The Barn is the last cabin after two gorgeous, spring-fed ponds which made for a quiet, secluded experience. We will absolutely be back again and again to try all of their cabins in the beautiful Ozark Mountains.

That there menu saved me from going to fastfood. Pro---nice abundance of towels, hot shower, close to the tanger outlet mall, sits on a hill Con--doors slamming, but thats just people, pool was closed It served our purpose...sleep, shower and something to eat.
