I was a little disappointed when they didn't replace 100% everything, and we weren't told it wouldn't be replaced until after we already finished the repairs and noticed the difference. That was pretty disappointing and I think should've been pointed out before deciding to have them fix the car, since we could've gone elsewhere that the insurance company provided. Otherwise, repair was completed as expected.

I came from having experience with high prices from Midas and was immediately comforted with the down to earth staff and reasonable prices. I appreciate that they will always take my car and look at it to tell me the diagnosis rather quickly. However during 2022-2023 I felt like they overestimated the repairs and charged way too much. I feel like they no longer care about the customers best interest, they will flatly ask a repair cost that's double the cost of the car and act like they don't care if you can't afford it. Everything to them is "necessary". I feel like they aren't real anymore. Also the repair quality itself has gone down as my control arm all of a sudden "failed". I have a 17 year old car that is 150k miles. I am no stranger to getting it repaired. I believe that a car that is taken care of will take care of you. Where I take it matters, and unfortunately I no longer can rationalize taking it here. It's disappointing to spend that much money at a shop and for them not to even remember you. I'm not sure what management is doing but it is not the same shop it was just a few years ago.

But that trust is completely gone. They recently raised their labor rate to over $200/hour, which pushed me to get a second opinion elsewhere. And that's when the real shock began: Oil leaks in both cars -- turns out the drain nuts weren't properly tightened. Warped brake rotors on one vehicle -- likely from improper installation. And the final straw: another mechanic found that the turbo pipe was only half-inserted and appeared tampered with, triggering my check engine light. That is not a coincidence. At this point, I no longer believe this is simple incompetence. There's a disturbing pattern here that makes me think they might be deliberately creating problems to drive up repair bills. Whether it's shady business practices or pure negligence, this shop is dangerous to your car and your wallet. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Recently I had left my VW to replace the exhaust ( without the catalytic converter) . The guy Phil promised me that he will change it with an OEM part and charged me $1760 - for the part and installation. After taking delivery found out immediately that he changed the VW exhaust with a fake - aftermarket - used - non compatible - exhaust which is painted from outside to look like new .
