He is one of the world's respected thought leaders and I cannot overstate how much I love being his patient. His intellectual curiosity is boundless, meaning he is up-to-date on the latest studies and treatments. That intellectual curiosity also means he confirms ALL of you is okay, not just your specific disease process. My HAE flared, he checked multiple labs, and sure enough, I had hypothyroidism. I think most doctors would simply blow that symptom off as an essential symptom of my hereditary angioedema. Most rare disease patients have been dismissed or not believed by other physicians in the past. I thankfully did not experience that but even still, I have a deep appreciation for Dr Jones's beautiful combination of competence and kindness. They have a corner area for the kids with toys and a table with chairs. A must to keep kids occupied. This Dr. reminds me of the old school doctors in a good way. He takes handwritten notes and at the end gave me a handwritten note of his conclusions. WOW, When was the last time you got one of those? I arrived and didn't sit very long in the waiting room. I was approached by the man himself and he shook my hand and took us back to his office to talk things over. I know right, the Doctor coming to get his own patients. Kool Got in the our room and started immediately on the testing. They had a tv in the room to help again with occupying the kids attention. The whole time we was taken care of and didn't sit around and waste time twiddling our thumbs. Had our concerns heard and addressed. Would I recommend this Dr? YES Would I come back? YES Good customer service? YES Overall happy? YES

They're quick to remind you of your outstanding balance but will leave you on hold for 45 minutes hoping you'll hang up, only for them to. Care quality isn't even decent, I gave birth in October in the Lehi location, and the nurse I had was awful. Cause severe birth trauma for me as a first time mom, wish I could remember her name. I've had family try to help me navigate their financial aide and they mention Intermountain isn't even this hard. If you can, go elsewhere.
