Instead of taking responsibility, he was told: "If we did a second transplant, it would just look like it does on top." That is not the problem, Dr. Thompson. The problem is that you took $11,300 and gave someone a bad hairline, then spent a year deflecting his concerns instead of addressing a clearly subpar result.
