I think she no longer works there; I haven't seen her lately. Today I went to get my nails done; they were all older ladies and they got so upset at me because I sincerely could not make out what they were telling me. Aside from that, my nail tech did not allow my nails to dry completely. She rushed me out the door as if they were uber busy: it was only me and another customer on a Saturday, so...what gives?? Not only that, she was wiping a paper cut on a knuckle WITH ACETONE! Who does this??!! Either she is blind or just plain masochistic. ...Needless to say, as careful as I tried to be, my nail polish smudged on two nails. I am extremely disappointed at this establishment. I've been going to them for over a year, and each time I went, I was noticing less and less attention to detail: they're half a$$ing and making what SHOULD be a relaxing experience to a complete waste of time and money.

Everything was very clean and organized, nothing felt rushed or overlooked and they made sure that we were comfortable and that our needs were met. I was also able to utilize their FREE childcare during the service. My daughter loved the care givers and she didn't want to leave when we were done with our service. The play area is pretty spacious and has lots of safe and fun play options available for the children. They offer facials, tanning, lash and eyebrow services, waxing, manicures and pedicures, and other esthetic treatments. There are five pedicure chairs available and several nail chairs available as well, which is perfect for a girls day out! (Especially when they have childcare right there at the salon.) So grateful to have the option available to us in our area! Love everything that Megan is doing and can't wait to see how she grows her business!

My first experience with false lashes was at a high end spa in Park City, and they burned my eyes and were very insensitive. (I am allergic to adhesive and they knew that and still got it all over my eyes, I looked like I had black eyes when I was done!) I thought I would never get them again after that, but after seeing everyone have them I really wanted them again! I told Racheal what had happened the first time I had them put on, and she assured me it would not happen at Lash Effect! She was right, perfect lashes, no pain for over a year now! I highly recommend going to Lash Effect! :)

I suffer from Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS), which can be incredibly painful and significantly affect daily life. After 12 weeks of physical therapy with little improvement, I began to lose hope that I would ever find relief. Knowing that stress and tight fascia might be contributing to my symptoms, I decided to try therapeutic massage at Spa One. Working with Yale has been life-changing. In less than half the time I spent in physical therapy, my pain and numbness improved dramatically, and I can honestly say I feel 99% better. In addition to treatment, Yale provided exercises to help strengthen the areas that contribute to my TOS and support long-term improvement. This experience has completely changed my perspective on massage therapy. It's not just a luxury--it's an important part of overall health and wellness. I am incredibly grateful for Yale's knowledge, care, and dedication, and I highly recommend him to anyone dealing with chronic pain or mobility issues.

The level of detail and care he put into the massage was incredible--I left feeling like a completely new person. Albeit slightly jello like. :) The service overall was fantastic, as it always is, and the whole experience was so thoughtfully done. If you're looking for a place that actually delivers on quality and provides a calming escape, Spa One is where you want to be. I'm already planning my next visit!

My sister said when they got there, the paper sheets over the chairs looked used and the music they were playing wasn't at all what's expected to hear at a massage parlor - calm & relaxing. Nope. It was just some weird nonsense. She also said that the lady masseuse who worked on her literally did one area on her back the entire hour and didn't even do a whole body massage...smh & when my brother in law laid down, the chair face thingy broke immediately and after repeatedly trying to fix it- they replaced it but it was a bit ghetto and not the smooth & relaxing experience I had hoped for them.
