I had to call them and even then they couldn't get me in until Monday. In the time I had to wait I had to see and emergency dentist twice over the weekend and pay out of my pocket. I got an infection in the crowned tooth and put on antibiotics. Unfortunately infections like that can get into the blood stream and affect the baby. Did the office care? Nope they did not. They couldn't work me in sooner even after telling them the pain has been so bad I haven't been able to eat or sleep for days because of the crown they put in causing an infection. The only person who seemed to care at all was the actual dentist but the front staff is horrible and doesn't even talk to the dentist they just tell you sorry can't help you.

I sit in the chair the dentist comes in removes my dentures and proceeds to tell me how inferior and sub par they are and look terrible. This man wants me to have a conversation with him about my feelings on the set I have, my likes and dislikes. (Keep in mind I have not removed my dentures in front of anyone including my husband in more than 7 years. I sleep with them and only remove them to clean) I am not comfortable speaking without them let alone have a full blown conversation.
