Later, I learned that 470cc likely would have given me the results I wanted. What made this even worse was how Alece handled things. From the start, she felt more like a salesperson than someone who genuinely cared about my goals or happiness. Since my surgery, she's continued to ignore my questions and make assumptions instead of listening to what I'm actually saying. I feel completely dismissed and unheard. Now I have to wait months to even think about getting this fixed, and I still don't know if I'll be charged again for something that wasn't done right in the first place. I'm deeply disappointed and regret trusting this office. I won't be going back -- I'll be finding another doctor who actually listens and cares about their patients.

The scar from my tummy tuck is so low and light it is not even noticeable. I came back this year to have my breasts redone (we found they were ruptured from a previous surgeon years ago). I trusted Dr Yates to chose a size based on the look I had liked and my breasts are PERFECT. Dr. Yates is extremely honest, I asked his advice in doing extra procedures. Instead of taking my money he explained why they would not make a difference in my body type and that I did not need anything else. My recovery has been great both times. I didn't need pain pill last time and do not need them this time either. The anesthesiologist is amazing. Instantly made me comfortable both times. I was nervous and by the time he had me laughing from jokes I don't even remember falling asleep. The whole staff is great from the front desk to everyone else in the office. About six weeks ago I brought it up to my husband and he was surprisingly open to having me see someone to fix what was really bugging me about my body. I wouldn't say he pushed me but I felt I was walking into my consult not ready. I honestly thought Dr. Allen Freestone would say to me, "come back when you've lost 50lbs." Far from it. He listened to my concerns and showed me results I could expect. He did recommend liposuction before the mini tummy-tuck I had requested, just so that I would get best results. (Which I was grateful for.) I am three days post surgery from my mini-tummy tuck; my abs and abdomen are completely flat. The incision is clean and perfect. Dr. Freestone was the perfectionist you want. Both me and my husband couldn't be more pleased. Because I am still healing and it only gets better from here, I can't wait for more time out. This was my first experience with Wade Laser Clinic and everyone I made contact with were kind and professional. Dori and Ellie the prep-nurse/surgical nurse? I was so excited, and I trusted this place because it was connected to my longtime family dr's practice. When I initially went in they said I was a good candidate and after I paid things were good to go. It was extremely painful and after my first session I had large red dashes all over my entire body where the laser had burnt me. The lady assured me this was normal, and since I have a naturally darker skin tone the lasers will pick up on that and burn my skin a little. After going back for a few sessions and asking around I found out this was not normal, and I stopped going in for treatments. Keep in mind I was a naive 19 year old at the time. So I just figured I was out the money. Fast forward a couple of years later, I had a really really bad bout of cystic acne, and out of desperation I returned to this practice to see if their laser treatment could help me, since I still had a remaining balance that I had paid in cash, and I saw one of their advertisements at my Drs office. Rather than actually do a consultation and help me, they did the laser treatment to use up the remaining balance that I had, and assured me it would help. It did not. It made it 10x worse, and left me with severe acne scarring that I have had to work hard to correct over the past couple of years. Luckily, I have not been back. When I finally got up the courage to call and tell them about my experience, they were dismissive and brushed me off. Such a waste of money and time. They were very nice when I was giving them my money but I just wish they would have had my best interests in mind. I felt taken advantage of and tricked.

Who wants a doctor who has all the time in the world to sit around with each patient? I want one that does such great work that his time is in demand. He was never rude, very friendly and answered all my questions. Once that was done, he moved on to other patients and that worked great for me! I had a lower bleph done and CO2 laser treatment. Maddi did the laser and she was honestly my favorite part about the experience. She was clearly very knowledgeable, and took so much time making me feel comfortable about the procedure. She has such a calming and kind presence, I instantly felt comfortable with her. She did a fantastic job and I'm thrilled with the results! The office checked up on my recovery and I knew if I needed anything, they were there to help. At an after appointment, I explained to Dr. Barnett that I was hoping to have a little more tightness under my eyes after the procedure. He agreed and set me up with a second round of the CO2 laser treatment at no cost, once my skin was ready. He just wanted me to be fully satisfied with my results. They were red and bulging out and no scar cream or treatment helped. Also, Dr. Fairbanks was 10 grand while I was quoted 15 grand for new breast implants at Alpine plastic surgery. They do shitty plastic surgery for twice the price. I do not recommend.

Dr. Bzowski has never been able to provide me with a medical explanation as to what happened with my nipples. He instead led me on for a year saying that it would change with healing, and then that he could fix it. Until my last appointment with him when he said going back into surgery could make it worse. My experiences with them prior to surgery were great, his staff is very friendly and helpful. They prepare you very well for everything you need to do and what medications you need to get before surgery, and I experienced no pain whatsoever from my operation. My postop appointment's is when things started to get sketchy. The first time the bandages on my breasts were removed revealing the shape of my areolas, the doctor didn't even acknowledge the drastic size difference, I only noticed when he had left the appointment and I looked in the mirror, I'm sure you can imagine my devastation. After consulting with other plastic surgeons, they've been able to provide me with multiple explanations as to what might have gone wrong. They've also proposed a way to fix it that was different than what Brzowski was proposing, and it makes more sense to me due to better explanation and understanding of my situation, and of course confidence in success. It's also worth noting that when I requested my file from Brzowskis, the most important paper (my operation notes in full) was missing. This has been a long and depressing journey for me. It's no fun paying 12k just to replace your insecurity with a worse one. Brzowski's also been unwilling to refund me just %15 of what I paid him, so I can either put it towards a tattoo cover up or another procedure with my new surgeon who was able to 100% guarantee me success that he could fix it, unlike Brzowski who expected me to flip a coin without even knowing what went wrong the first time. Unfortunately my opinion of Brzowski is he mainly cares about money, not his patients well being. I strongly advise to not come here, and to go to Dr. Richard Fryer instead. Fryer cared about my well being and even offered to contact Brzowski for me to get the missing paper in my file, and proposed many options to save me money. Brzowski will try to talk you into paying more by suggesting things like liposuction. Im still holding out hope Brzowski has a change of heart on my very reasonable refund request, so I can finally look at myself in the mirror without devastation and regret.
