Ok your infection should be over, continue with your over the counter allergy meds....WHAT. you charged the VA for every test you could and then you tell me to continue with the same allergy meds I have been taken. You suck. I called the VA and my primary care physician not to sending anyone here. EVER

Not long after I saw Dr. Sullivan and started getting allergy shots the itchiness went away. Dr. Sullivan is a great doctor. He listens to all your concerns and makes sure that they are doing the best they can to help you out. Everyone that works there is super helpful but there are a couple of ladies that make getting shots easier. When you arrive, you'll be greeted by Jenny. She's always very friendly and helpful. She is very thorough and takes the time to make sure that all your paperwork is taken care of and any other needs such as appointments get scheduled. For my allergy shots, I prefer Laura to give them to me. I don't know how she does it but I it never hurts when I get my shots from her. She's one of my favorites there. Overall, this is a great clinic. I highly recommend them if you're having allergy issues.

Medical billing sucks everywhere and I don't hold the facility responsible for that. Our family has had the need for the ENT offices and the Dermatology offices at this location. In all instances we have been able to find good providers that have been personable, spent the needed time with us, and worked toward solutions for our issues. Setting appointments was easy and the timeframes were not out too far, a nice and refreshing change from some offices. Facilities are clean and easy to get around. This building has multiple floors with easy stair or elevator access. The only downfall is the parking, which really is not great. Small lot and I think the employees tend to park close, especially in inclement weather. Plan on parking a ways away and possibly needing to use stairs to get to the building.

My son was coming in because of allergies and the dark haired woman who performed the allergy testing was awful. She was cold and had zero bedside manor. He didn't scream or cry or anything but every time he asked a question she was short and annoyed with him. I wanted to slap her. He's only 8, he's nervous and wants to know what's going on. She wasn't any better with me. She was really rude and not very informative. The actual doctor is an older gentleman, who we waited quite a long time to see. I understand the initial wait during the first visit because it takes time to read the tests and all that, but at the follow up we waited over an hour to see the doctor which is ridiculous to me. There wasn't any reason for that kind of wait on a follow up visit. The first time we saw the doctor it was only for a few moments after the testing was over and he made us wait even longer while he wrote up a report/plan, which I didn't mind. I know initial visits take time, it's not a quick process but they leave you in these rooms for long periods of time without checking in. I don't understand why we can't be emailed or phoned in results. It seems like an unnecessary waste of time. The second time we saw the doctor the wait was another almost hour and a half for a follow up visit where he spent maybe five minutes with us. He's a super sweet guy and my son really likes him but it's such a hassle going in and wasting all afternoon in this office.

Dr Jones is one of the most amazing doctors I have ever met. He has managed my rare disease,…read morehereditary angioedema, with incredible expertise and ultimate kindness. He is one of the world's respected thought leaders and I cannot overstate how much I love being his patient. His intellectual curiosity is boundless, meaning he is up-to-date on the latest studies and treatments. That intellectual curiosity also means he confirms ALL of you is okay, not just your specific disease process. My HAE flared, he checked multiple labs, and sure enough, I had hypothyroidism. I think most doctors would simply blow that symptom off as an essential symptom of my hereditary angioedema. Most rare disease patients have been dismissed or not believed by other physicians in the past. I thankfully did not experience that but even still, I have a deep appreciation for Dr Jones's beautiful combination of competence and kindness. Dr. Jones is going to be your greatest ally to live a healthy life.
