I left a message on their voicemail. They never returned my call. What kind of professional treats their patients like that?

This Dr is great. He is very knowledgeable and personable…read more I was there for my child, but I have some of the same issues so he did take some time to talk to me about my own allergies and asthma complications. They have a corner area for the kids with toys and a table with chairs. A must to keep kids occupied. This Dr. reminds me of the old school doctors in a good way. He takes handwritten notes and at the end gave me a handwritten note of his conclusions. WOW, When was the last time you got one of those? I arrived and didn't sit very long in the waiting room. I was approached by the man himself and he shook my hand and took us back to his office to talk things over. I know right, the Doctor coming to get his own patients. Kool Got in the our room and started immediately on the testing. They had a tv in the room to help again with occupying the kids attention. The whole time we was taken care of and didn't sit around and waste time twiddling our thumbs. Had our concerns heard and addressed. Would I recommend this Dr? YES Would I come back? YES Good customer service? YES Overall happy? YES

They assured me a visit to urgent care was 120(LIE) , which I paid upfront, and that all other procedures would be discussed. As soon as I got there they had me take a urine test before seeing the Dr. I assumed that was included in the visit like they do at Medallus. Saw the Dr and she ordered lab work which she told me was around 20. I agreed. Then I went home. Two weeks later I receive a bill for 113. I called the billing department and she did notice on my chart that I wasn't told about the actual cost of the visit itself 180. I remember asking the receptionist and she assured me the visit itself was 120. There was also a bunch of other Micro costs that I did not understand. Nothing but a bunch of heartless thieves here. Go to Medallus if you're low income and need care. They are upfront about what and how much. The nurses are also much nicer.

This review is strictly about the quality of facilities, care and selection of medical providers…read morethat we have experienced. Medical billing sucks everywhere and I don't hold the facility responsible for that. Our family has had the need for the ENT offices and the Dermatology offices at this location. In all instances we have been able to find good providers that have been personable, spent the needed time with us, and worked toward solutions for our issues. Setting appointments was easy and the timeframes were not out too far, a nice and refreshing change from some offices. Facilities are clean and easy to get around. This building has multiple floors with easy stair or elevator access. The only downfall is the parking, which really is not great. Small lot and I think the employees tend to park close, especially in inclement weather. Plan on parking a ways away and possibly needing to use stairs to get to the building.

This office is part of the hospital and a really nice building. Everything is clean and well…read moremaintained. The first couple times we came the staff were not so great. My son was coming in because of allergies and the dark haired woman who performed the allergy testing was awful. She was cold and had zero bedside manor. He didn't scream or cry or anything but every time he asked a question she was short and annoyed with him. I wanted to slap her. He's only 8, he's nervous and wants to know what's going on. She wasn't any better with me. She was really rude and not very informative. The actual doctor is an older gentleman, who we waited quite a long time to see. I understand the initial wait during the first visit because it takes time to read the tests and all that, but at the follow up we waited over an hour to see the doctor which is ridiculous to me. There wasn't any reason for that kind of wait on a follow up visit. The first time we saw the doctor it was only for a few moments after the testing was over and he made us wait even longer while he wrote up a report/plan, which I didn't mind. I know initial visits take time, it's not a quick process but they leave you in these rooms for long periods of time without checking in. I don't understand why we can't be emailed or phoned in results. It seems like an unnecessary waste of time. The second time we saw the doctor the wait was another almost hour and a half for a follow up visit where he spent maybe five minutes with us. He's a super sweet guy and my son really likes him but it's such a hassle going in and wasting all afternoon in this office.
