His company was cleaning several units in the area, and I asked him at the last minute. Luckily, he came the next day to take care of my place. That was very kind of him to squeeze me into his schedule. I was way overdue for an air duct cleaning, and had told Andrew I've been coughing. He cleaned the ducts, which were very dirty. After the cleaning, I noticed that my cough had gone away. So, if you might have a lingering cough, see if your vents need to be cleaned. Andrew did a great job, was professional, and explained things. He's honest and knows his stuff. He wore booties in my house and did a clean job. Since he serviced my place before, I knew what to expect.I sincerely recommend him, and I think the rate was reasonable.

I recently had a full HVAC replacement done and worked with Mark for the installation. The whole…read moreexperience was excellent from start to finish. After getting a few estimates, I decided to move forward with Mark for the job. My old system had a refrigerant leak in the evaporator coil and it wasn't worth repairing anymore. Mark walked me through the the different options clearly and made recommendations. We decided to replace our system entirely with a Trane heat pump setup. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand without any pressure. What really stood out is that he went above and beyond during the installation. He sealed the cavity below the indoor unit and installed insulated reflective panels around the area to improve efficiency and airflow. He also replaced the threshold in my utility closet with sheet metal to properly finish the space and make everything look clean and professional. Another thing I appreciated was how careful he was inside the house. He wore shoe covers while working indoors and laid out mats from our door to the work area and was very respectful of our home. The installation included the new outdoor heat pump, air handler, coil, electrical disconnect, and proper commissioning. He made sure the airflow was set correctly and scheduled a HERS verification so the system meets California energy standards. The system is running great and the house is comfortable again. It's clear Mark takes pride in doing things the right way and not cutting corners. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy HVAC pro. He's now my go to.
