It was a very stressful time for my husband and I and our one-year-old baby but their professionalism, prompt response to any requests or phone calls and clear communication throughout the process really helped us get through a tough time. We started working with Go Green Restoration on March 25, based on a referral from a mold…read moreinspection company we trusted. The owner was present on the first day, but after that, communication became limited -- we received no updates or photos, just texts about payments. When we voiced concerns, the response felt dismissive, and eventually, we decided to end the project due to a breakdown in trust. Unfortunately, when we asked for our deposit back, we were met with resistance and even a threat to put a lien on our home. The containment setup also needed fixing, which my husband had to do himself. A new company completed the work by April 28, and we then had to find another mold inspector. It took a long time before we could use our bedroom again, and we later hired a contractor to restore the ceiling. We even consulted with a lawyer, who said that while we had valid concerns, the amount of money involved wasn't worth the time, cost, or additional aggravation we'd likely face continuing to deal with this company. I reached out to the inspection company that referred Go Green. While they said they'd never had issues before, our experience was unfortunately very different. We truly wish things had gone better -- even a partial refund would have gone a long way.

Had another water damage incident, and Servpro came out immediately the next day…read more Momar was the lead this time and he was so professional, helpful and personable. We truly felt cared for and knew that we would be in good hands with him. He answered all of our questions and gave us great advice for handling our situation. He also had a great sense of humor, which makes disastrous situations like these better. The only reason why we decided not to go with Servpro this time was because we wanted an all-in-one company that could handle the water mitigation and construction work together. We have nothing to say but amazing things about Momar, John and their crew. Again, if you're looking for water mitigation needs, choose ServPro! And ask for Momar - he's honestly the best!

We had this company come to do smoke remediation after the Eaton fire. They were very kind and…read morethorough through the initial visit but things went a bit array after. They didn't provide a clear order of services and multiple people seemed to be coordinating the clean up but all insufficiently. We had to repeated call the office to get updates and know when people were coming into the house. The cleaning crew did a good job on the attic insulation and vent cleaning. But we had to call the powers washers back because they missed a few spots outside. They had the main interior cleaners come before all the other work was done so we had to ask them to reclean the house (we found a lot of dirt and footprints in the house). There was mismanagement of the workers by the company. Our main agent couldn't make it and the replacement they sent to pick up our check straight up lied and ghosted us. All in all, the job was complete and they were open to redoing work when it wasn't done. So we appreciated that.
