This review is way over due. We found jay a couple months ago and he came same day to give us a quote made an appointment the next day and our carpet was beyond dirty it was so disgusting. After he cleaned our carpet with his own carpet solution it looked like a brand new carpet, we discussed allergies because my son has bad dust allergies and he gave us his recommend opinion how often we should get the carpet cleaned.
