The name is exactly the type of service you get when you hire Jay and his company! I am selling my clients home and it needed some carpet cleaning and power washing. He took his time and got it done, with everything I asked. Jay was very communicative and super professional, I got his contact from a referral and happy I did. I appreciate jays and his teams honest hard work and happy to use his service again in the near future! read more

I am so glad another local shared and recommended this business! I was in great need of carpet cleaning due to my two dogs and cat. They all have thrown up or had accidents in all bedrooms. I also recently had some plumbing issues in my master bath and have had multiple workers in and out of my master bedroom and closet. Lots of grime had been accumulated. I was looking at my carpets and looked at few stains and I thought for sure some were going to be permanent. They were able to get out all of the stains the last carpet cleaner couldn't! I was super impressed! Not only were my carpets cleared of stains, they smell amazing!!! Javier is professional, knowledgeable and very kind! It was a pleasure doing business with him! I highly recommend him for your carpet care needs! I will continue to do business with him! They really do live up to their name! Above and beyond all the way! read more

The service I received was amazing! Great communication and courteous to our home. We got our couches, rugs and bed cleaned and what above and beyond did was give our furniture more life! Will definitely be calling soon for a new clean up! read more

We were referred by a local HVAC company to Above & Beyond to clean our vents and air ducts after noticing that our children were congested way too often. After learning of some of their allergies we felt it would be beneficial to have our HVAC system cleaned and sanitized since we haven't done so in the 2.5 years we have been in our home. And wow, was everything in need of a good spring cleaning! We were able to schedule a cleaning within two days of first reaching out to Jay. He and his assistant were professional, courteous and overall just genuinely nice people! It's sometimes hard to find honest and trustworthy businesses who want to provide great services at great prices! Additionally, it's a cherry on top that they use organic cleaning supplies! We would highly recommend them and I think the before and after pictures speak for themselves! read more

I found this company through another company I used before and met the carpet cleaning professional himself Javier Carrillo AKA Jay. Then I needed to have more carpets cleaned in the house and so I got a hold of him and lo and behold he has his own company now. We've used Above and Beyond four times in the past few years and as always, Jay and his partner do a fantastic job! Somehow they're able to work magic with my 20 year old carpeting and get most of the tough stains out. Thanks Jay! read more

Jay and the team at Above and Beyond cleaned our HVAC ducts this week and we couldn't be more pleased. Jay is courteous, professional, thorough and a true gentleman. Their service is excellent, as is the overall experience working with them. I would recommend Above and Beyond without any hesitation. read more

Jay was AMAZING! Super responsive on Yelp messaging as I was gathering quotes for cleaning my large U-shape sectional couch. He was also very flexible with pushing the cleaning back an hour due to my couch delivery window changing. He did an incredible job, very thorough, and extremely fair pricing in my opinion. He spent a few hours making sure the couch shines and then even let me know about ScotchGuard and how that could protect the couch for even longer. I'm very pleased with his service and will be calling him again for my future couch/carpet needs! read more

Okay, so my carpet has not been cleaned in YEARS! Add my sweet little cat of 16 years (and an occasional accident)...well, embarrassment was prolonging my cry for help! Then an angel appeared...not with wings, but with a vaccum, crazy awesome chemicals and a heart for understanding! Jay, you made me feel comforable without judgement. You and your team arrived on time, worked your magic without any disruption from my "work at home" office. Prior to your arrival, my Bella Kitty was coughing, weezing and having a difficult time breathing. Instantly, like a miracle, little Bella is feeling like a kitten. She is bouncing, running, playing with a spring in her step I've missed for some time. More importantly than that, she is breathing so good. NO coughing or weezing. I should have done this so long ago. For the animal lovers out there....this makes a difference in your pets health. I only wish I would have discovered this earlier. My Bad! Jay...thank you for giving me peace, a beautiful carpet and a reassurance that my little one can move forward in her years feeling like a Champ! See you in six months!!! Words are unable to express how grateful I am to you and your team! Run...don't walk to hire "ABOVE AND BEYOND CARPET CLEANING" read more

What can I say, there's a reason for J's excellent referrals! He was referred by numerous friends he's done work for, and when I say he absolutely went above and beyond and far well exceeded our expectations! Wow! Long story short, I have 2 kids. 8, 3, love markers and a dog that thinks he pays rent. Lol He assessed our pet stained, marker destroyed carpets and made them like the day we moved in! Amazing! I thought for sure they needing replacements. But he saved them! A++++ and far exceeded the what he was paid. I'll be using him every 6-8 months for our house! Thank you sir! You are the best! read more

Jay went above and beyond and returned our rugs to what they looked like when we first purchased them! That was a tough feat especially since we just went through potty training with a very stubborn puppy and there were lingering odors and stains! Jay was on time, friendly, amazing with the pups while he we worked through the consultation and was very reasonably priced. We would recommend Jay and his team without hesitation and will be return customers. read more

This is the best experience I've ever had with a cleaning company. My wife found them online and brought it to my attention. At first I didn't think much of the company because I've dealt with many different carpet companies and they all seem OK. Jay is amazing and is great with customer service. I really appreciated how professional he was from the beginning and I will definitely call him again. I even called several of my friends to tell them about what a great job he did. I wouldn't use anyone else again. I'll post a picture of how clean my carpet was after he was finished. He definitely went above and beyond. Thanks jay read more

I spoke with 3 different business for carpet cleaning and Powerwash.. I had hired one to come out to clean my carpets only to be disappointed by a bad job and a lousy attitude. Then I called Above and Beyond and boy did they live up to their name. Awesome job, great price, professional in every way. There equipment is TOP notch, very high end. Much better than the competition and believe me it makes a difference. Not only do I highly recommend them but they are the only company I will ever use as long as they are in business in L.A. and stay that way... read more

Great service! I got my 3 piece couch cleaned. It was a fast service and left it super clean.

It's been a long time coming for this review. We've had our carpets and car interior cleaned by Javier twice within a year and both services were amazing. Being a first time apartment renter I was afraid to go outside of the buildings cleaning service however after reading the reviews and statements from other real people I was convinced that this was the way to go! He will definitely be our go to carpet cleaners! read more

The cleaning provided by Above and Beyond truly lived up to their name. I was referred to them by a friend who has used them in the past. I have a large dog and over time, my carpet has dark stains. I was unable to get rid of the stains manually and needed multiple rooms cleaned. My carpets were left spotless and smelling better than ever. I was truly satisfied and will continue to use them in the future. read more

Thanks above and beyond! I see where you get your name from. These guys definitely care about what they do. Jay took great care of me and also reassured me that all his chemicals were organic which was a huge plus with our pets and little ones around. Not to mention the fact that the carpet was dry in a few hours unlike the last guys which took over a day. Thanks again Jay! read more

Javier the owner came and performed a dryer vent cleaning. We have not performed this service in years and was surprised how much lint was trapped in the venting system. This would have caused a fire inside our walls if it was ever ignited. Javier was very professional and on time and his rates were reasonable for such thorough work. I would recommend him to anyone. read more

Reached out to Jay at Above & Beyond last week to get an estimate to clean my car's interior (carpet and seats). He was able to give me a quick quote with just a few photos. He was even able to remove all of the older stains and eliminate some lingering odors. Will definitely be giving him a call next time I need anything deep cleaned!! read more

This review is way over due. We found jay a couple months ago and he came same day to give us a quote made an appointment the next day and our carpet was beyond dirty it was so disgusting. After he cleaned our carpet with his own carpet solution it looked like a brand new carpet, we discussed allergies because my son has bad dust allergies and he gave us his recommend opinion how often we should get the carpet cleaned. From the time I called him I knew we called the right guy, we were going to call somebody else to get our air ducts cleaned and after he heard us talking about it he said they do that too which was great because we already liked him. We made an appointment for the following week and everything went great after we got the carpet cleaned and air ducts cleaned my sons allergies calmed down drastically. Jay is our go to carpet cleaning company. Thanks jay. read more
