I've been on a monthly subscription with Fresh Bins LA for over two years now, and they've been amazing from day one. Scheduling is always accurate, they're always on time, and I've never had an issue with their service. I live in a condo and have to keep my trash bins inside my garage, so keeping them clean and odor-free is extremely important. Since using Fresh Bins LA, I never have to worry about my bins smelling up the garage. They always come back clean, fresh, and sanitized. This is honestly one of those services you don't realize how much you need until you have it. The monthly subscription is absolutely worth it. I had my trash bins cleaned by Fresh Bins here in Tarzana and I am SO glad I found Fresh Bins!! They showed up right on time, were super friendly, and got straight to work. My bins went from disgusting and smelly to looking and smelling brand new. No exaggeration -- the awful odor was completely gone, and everything was spotless inside and out. No show! Never had this experience with any type of service before! I set up an appointment for a one time trash bin cleaning service. Made the payment, received confirmation email, text message etc. I kept waiting on the day of and nobody showed up. I emailed (multiple times), called (multiple times) and no answer, left voicemails and also submitted on the contact form on their website. Still waiting. Fresh Bins LA is hands down one of the best services I've ever used. From the very first visit, the difference was noticeable not just in how clean the bins were, but in the level of care, professionalism, and pride they put into their work. Trash bins are something most people don't think about until they become a problem, and Fresh Bins LA completely eliminates that problem. Vic is truly the heart of this company. His service is beyond amazing always on time, extremely thorough, and genuinely kind. You can tell he actually cares about his customers and the community he serves. He takes the time to do the job right, leaves the bins spotless and deodorized, and always checks in to make sure everything is perfect. That level of attention is rare these days. What really stands out is the consistency. Every single time, the bins come back looking and smelling brand new. No harsh chemical smells, no mess left behind just clean, sanitized bins done in an eco-friendly way. It's such a simple service, but it makes a huge difference for your home and peace of mind. I discovered Fresh Bins LA at my neighbor's house and was amazed by their truck and how the whole cleaning system worked. I spoke with the driver, and he told me to call the company. When I called, I spoke with Vic, who explained everything clearly. For only $17 per bin per month, it was a no brainer to sign up for the monthly plan. Now, for just $51 a month my bins are cleaned and smell fresh all year long. Great service and amazing customer care! Highly recommend! read more

I hired this company to clean the bins at my home, and at first, they did an amazing job. I was so happy with their service that I had my office contact them to clean our bins at work as well. Unfortunately, that's when the problems started. They began repeatedly charging my card for the business account, even though we were supposed to be billed quarterly. My home service was monthly, and they somehow mixed up the two accounts. After several conversations, the issue was finally resolved -- but it shouldn't have happened multiple times. There have also been several missed appointments. Sometimes they'd forget to come to the office or say their truck broke down. I understand that things happen -- I've been patient and always tried to be understanding. But when they skipped service at my home due to rain, and I politely asked to skip the next month, they took that as a cancellation for both locations. As a result, they didn't show up for my business either. When I called to ask about it, the owner became upset and confused the two accounts again. I get that mistakes happen, but when it's constant -- and when common courtesy isn't returned -- it becomes unprofessional. It's disappointing because I truly wanted to support a small business, and I know how challenging it can be to run one. But after too many billing errors, missed services, and confusion between my home and business accounts, I can't keep doing business with them. Hopefully, they can improve their organization and communication in the future. In the meantime, we'll be finding another company that can handle two simple accounts without all the confusion -- and offer better value for the money. read more

We moved to a new house that already had 4-5 of the standard blue black and green bins but for some reason they were really filthy (not just your average trash / recycling bin condition...) Reached out to fresh bins and they were fantastic. Top notch service; I called them they showed up same day, and they cleaned the bins with their custom cleaning truck and the bins came out better than brand new...clean / sanitized and even scented. Met the owner Vic and he's awesome. Thank you and highly recommend! read more

Cannot recommend them enough! During the heat of summer, we had a trash bin that was infected by maggots, and it was beyond terrible! The smell, the horde of flies that swarmed around it endlessly, and so many wriggling maggots. I literally reached out to 4 other companies before finding this gem; the other companies either only relied on a web form, had a limited service area even though their website reported servicing all of LA county, or didn't even call me back! But when I called Fresh Bins LA, Vic picked up immediately and it was so good to just talk to an actual person, especially in this day and age. They were able to squeeze me in the same day I called; they arrived within the hour, within a few minutes our bins were like brand spanking new! Completely clean with absolutely no smell. Prices are very very reasonable considering the fact they come to you and the service they provide - cleaning something so filthy. And most importantly, great customer service from beginning to end! I only wish I took photos of our disgusting bins beforehand so I could document the before & after! Highly, highly recommend! read more

I recently had the pleasure of using Fresh Bins LA for their trash bin cleaning and pressure washing services, and I must say, I am beyond impressed! From start to finish, the experience was seamless, and the results were fantastic. First, let me talk about their trash bin cleaning service. Fresh Bins LA does a thorough job of washing, sanitizing, and deodorizing your bins, and they finish it off with a fresh, clean lemon scent that lasts for weeks. If you're like me, the thought of dealing with smelly, grimy bins is something you'd rather avoid. But with their service, the process is completely hassle-free, and my bins now look brand new, smell fresh, and are free of bacteria and unpleasant odors. I love knowing that I'm not only keeping my bins clean, but I'm also taking an extra step to maintain a sanitary environment. They offer a variety of service options, including monthly, quarterly, or one-time cleanings. This flexibility is great because it allows you to choose the option that best fits your needs. I opted for the monthly service, which is incredibly convenient, especially given that I don't have to worry about keeping track of when the bins need to be cleaned - Fresh Bins LA takes care of it all. What's also fantastic is that their subscription is completely flexible, and you can cancel at any time, which adds a great sense of peace of mind knowing there's no long-term commitment if things change. In addition to trash bin cleaning, Fresh Bins LA also offers pressure washing services, which I've heard great things about. Whether you need your driveway, patio, or even exterior walls cleaned, they can handle it with the same attention to detail and professionalism that they bring to their trash bin services. Now, let's talk about the customer service. Vic, the representative I worked with, was outstanding. He took the time to explain the entire process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what to expect. His friendly and professional demeanor made the entire experience even better, and I felt confident knowing I was in good hands. It's not often that you come across such personal, top-tier service in this industry, and that's something that definitely sets Fresh Bins LA apart from other similar services. Overall, I can't recommend Fresh Bins LA enough! If you want a reliable, thorough, and flexible service to keep your trash bins clean and sanitized, they're the company to go to. With their great customer service, flexible subscription plans, and exceptional results, you won't be disappointed. I'm already looking forward to my next service read more
