I always look for the best pricing possible in my job as nobody wants to ever overpay while making sure the quality is professional and acceptable. I've worked with a lot of vendors, but honestly Carpet N Cleaning is the best one to date. If you've seen my other reviews for home improvement, always look for my most recent review (because that's who I'm choosing to work with as of current and going forward). If I kept looking for other vendors, then that means the old ones weren't doing a proper enough job or provided market appropriate pricing to keep continuing. Sorry David, I can't include pictures for confidentiality purposes, but I greatly appreciate your help. Talk to you soon!

I just feel like I need to give a warning to people who might have a thick pile carpet and want to…read morehire this company. It's possible they're not used to washing a thick pile carpet. (And it's not that thick!) They put so much water on it that it was wet for five days. By the end of that time, the dirt from the layer below had seeped through so my beautiful aqua blue carpet was brown. They offered to come back out and do it again but for me it was like, if the dog bites you once it's the dog's fault, if he bites you twice it's your fault! It was obvious they did not know how to work with this kind of carpet. I gave them their choice: please give me my money back or I will write a negative review. They did not respond. I actually feel it's more important for me to write a review to let others know to beware. I've had another company wash it four times and the pile up of dirt in the areas from before are still there. It's really kind of heartbreaking.
