Chris and Rodney were phenomenal. They came in and got right to work. We were quoted 1-2 hours for a one-bedroom apartment and they were out in 45 minutes. That's not to say they didn't get into every nook and cranny or did a shoddy job. They were meticulous and got our carpet cleaner than we had seen in years. The quoted price was reasonable to other companies we called, but we just kept coming back to them. We will definitely use So White again.

Chris was super diligent to ensure I was satisfied and he over delivered, honestly. The rug looks brand new! My XL breed dog has been experiencing some incontinence due to her meds and while I was out of town, had some accidents in the living room and dining room. Reached out to Chris and they were SO fast to schedule and pick up both rugs. It does take about a week for deep cleaning, so just to manage anyone's unrealistic expectations there ahead of time, but it's so worth the wait. Big note that Chris is super friendly, incredibly mindful (knocks so quietly as to not freak my dogs out) and kept all my building entry info so he just arrives at my door. I really appreciate the extra attention to detail as a customer. So White Carpet is definitely now on my quarterly deep cleaning list to keep my rugs looking brand new.

After a guest stayed in my home and…read moreunfortunately urinated all over my pull-out sofa, I was left with a terrible odor and was worried the furniture might be ruined. Daniel, the owner, responded promptly and came out right away. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that he truly cares about his customers and takes great pride in his work. He thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected my sofa and cushions, removing both the stains and the lingering urine odor. What impressed me most was that Daniel went above and beyond what I expected. As an unexpected courtesy, he also cleaned the large area rug underneath the sofa and coffee table, leaving the entire room looking, smelling, and feeling fresh again. Daniel is professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. It's rare these days to find someone with such outstanding customer service and attention to detail. He treated my home as if it were his own. If you need carpet, upholstery, odor removal, sanitizing, or deep cleaning services, do yourself a favor and call AAA-1 Carpet Cleaner. Daniel is a real gem, and I will absolutely be using his services again. Highly recommended!

Irritating experience…read more I make a digital appointment for 10am and put all the details (name address phone all that) in to get the appointment. I see that hours later the appointment discretely disappears. I call and the person on the dispatch or management or whatever apologizes and says he will reschedule for afternoon between 2-4pm. I wait and at 3 I call to confirm. They tell me they are on the way and be here at 4:55pm. A little late but I am OK with that, I have a mess here and need it fixed so I don't want to give up and call someone else if they are on the way. So I wait, only to get a call at 4pm that "it's too far". I been trying to work with these idiots all day and then they tell me this? Do you have google maps? Do you advertise you serve my area? Yes and Yes but they want to hang me up ALL DAY Friday only to ditch me at the end of the day. What a terrible way to run a business. Hurtful and unprofessional. I strongly suggest anyone looking for reliable carpet cleaning services to look elsewhere. This experience is bad and really I hope nobody else has to deal with this kind of nonsense. The value here with this place is less than bad since they took my whole day away from me waiting around calling back and forth following idiotic promises. I wish I could get the time back! I called a different outfit and they are coming in 30 minutes.

There must've been jog hair from at least the last four or five renters. It was truly disgusting. Even though it's not my responsibility as a tenant, I decided I couldn't take it anymore and I called Echo friendly carpet cleaning to come give me a quote. Not only did they show up on time they actually came a little early and gave me an inspection and what I considered to be a very fair price for the amount of filth that was in this house. They arrived the next day on time as promised, and two of them worked on the sofas alone for at least an hour. The selfies were so filthy that the water that came out was black. Then they cleaned the carpets. Again there was signs of previous defecation and urination on the carpets that must've been there for at least a couple of years. The parts of the carpet that should've been cream or white was gray or black. It was truly disgusting too. These guys cleaned the carpet and made it look amazing. I'm quite comfortable that I can walk around the house now in my bare feet and actually use the living room which I have not used since I moved in here which has been over six months.
