I'm in property management and have worked with Regent for more than a decade. I have always referred regent to my properties because of the wonderful care and personalized attention my clients receive from Regent and the owner Jim. When disaster recently struck at my own home, I was so thankful to know and trust Regent after the years of impeccable service, communication and attention Regent has consistently provided over the years. I am so thankful to Jim and Regent. They have helped make a very stressful situation for my personal catastrophe just a little bit easier. read more

Great company that does fast, efficient work, friendly staff who are prompt to respond to emergencies, recommend!

Poor services with poor workmanship skills. Currently serving one of apartment in my building. If you are deciding to service with these guys, save yourself a trouble and headache , DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. 0/5 stars. Workers are unprofessional, seems like kids right out of highschool, and are very , verbally loud , obnoxious , and disturbances to neighbors. Worst experience with this company. Should hire better workers. read more

A valued customer and friend for over 35 years, I was told by Jim two weeks ago that they were busy and to call back in a week which I did. Mind you, I have sent friends and co workers to them on referrals for 35 years. After trying to get an appointment for two weeks with 3 unreturned calls until today on a 4th attempt,Thursday, September 28th Jim picked up and stated that REGENT CARPET CARE NO LONGER CLEANS CARPETS! That area of their business is now on the back burner. Where was the honesty and customer service from the start? A sign of the times! Extremely disappointed in Jim and Jeff. read more

I have used Regent for several years and have in the past been happy with Jim and the service. This week they missed 2 scheduled appointments. I had to leave work twice and wait for them to no show. I can no longer recommend them especially if your time is of value to you. read more

I would 100% recommend Jeff and his company. They did excellent work for me at my new house. Very satisfied with the results. All the employees (some of whom have been with Jeff for decades) were easy to have around for a week and they worked really hard. Rene, Louis and Benjamin were stand-outs but everyone was great. Jeff was extremely conscientious about doing the job right and the crew was very thorough. They showed up on time every day they said they would and even worked a Saturday as I had a schedule to keep. A bonus: they were respectful of my property and kept things clean and neat at all times. This is not always the case these days. The price was reasonable and there were no surprise costs. I got another bid from a competitor and the choice was clear after meeting both representatives. BTW, I found Regent 24/7 through a referral (not online) but am happy to put the word out on Yelp. If you need help with these kinds of issues, look no further than Regent 24/7. read more

My mom found this company like 15 years ago, we have used them ever since. RENEE and his worker have always done a FANTASTIC JOB, they came yesterday and again we are sooooo happy with their work and they always give us a fair price because we are long long time customers. Called Jim the owner and booked an appointment quickly, so thanks to Jim also. I can tell you now, dont bother calling other companies REGENT IS THE BEST and we will use them for good. We have known Renee from day one and he has always looked out for us. My 20 year old carpeting looks BRAND NEW, THANK YOU GUYS. read more

Regent 24/7 - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Van Nuys, California

This is an update to an earlier review. Now that the job is entirely completed, I again give Regent 24/7 my highest recommendation. Throughout the entire process with the insurance company, Regent and Jeff were there every step of the way. They did everything unbelievably professionally, expertly, quickly, and on budget. Most importantly, Jeff was there to explain everything clearly and concisely to us and to the insurance adjuster. The very best. Thank you Jeff and Regent! read more

TRUSTWORTHY, RELIABLE, EXPERIENCED, CLEAN, RESPONSIVE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and HONEST!!!!! This review is long overdue; but I wanted to take the time to express my gratitude and appreciation to Jeff (one of the owners of Regent) and his crew for everything they did to help make my horrible situation much better. During the week of Christmas, I had a hot water leak underneath the subfloor of my house. In order to locate and repair the leak, all the insulation underneath the subfloor needed to be removed. I called Regent for Emergency Services. Jeff answered the phone and told me he could come the very next morning. He arrived as promised, on time the very next morning (which was Christmas Eve day) and had a full crew working the entire day. To my surprise, Jeff even asked if one of his workers could check on the house over Christmas weekend to make sure the equipment was working as expected and make any necessary adjustments. Removing all the wet insulation from the small crawl space under my house was not an easy job; but, Regent's entire crew was always professional, respectful, and hardworking. They were always pleasant and polite, provided daily status and cleaned up everything prior to leaving each day. Jeff also provided a very detailed report with pictures and went above and beyond to ensure my insurance company covered their fair share of damages. Jeff even went to bat for me to get additional insurance funds due to additional damages caused by insurance adjuster delays. I just can't say enough wonderful things about Regent and would recommend them to anyone, without hesitation. If I could give them more stars, I would!! read more

Jeff and his team are top! I have water damage in my house since the rain has hit us so hard lately. I called Jeff and had an appt on Saturday. Luis and his guy came evaluated the water leakage and started working on it immediately. They explained everything to me thoroughly and Jeff is even going to deal with the insurance company on his side for me! My experience with Regent 24/7 so far is so positive! They are very professional. They took all my anxiety away and made this process stress-free. I highly recommend them for your water damage. read more

No exaggeration, these guys are legit. They are AWESOME! Our office was flooded when a pipe broke in a suite above us. They came, they tested, they cleaned. Highly recommend them. Nice guys, out of the box thinkers, problem solvers, professionals through and through. read more

I just had them come back this week and once again, I'm totally thrilled with the job. I'm expecting house guests, but with the holidays, I was pretty last-minute with my scheduling. Fortunately, Jim was able to send someone out within a day or two of my email (I love that I can email for appointments!). The guys showed up on time, and were very pleasant and professional. I asked them to steam clean the couch, chair and rugs again, but also wanted to have the kitchen and bathroom tiles steam cleaned. I had NO IDEA how much gunk had accumulated in the tile grout until I saw the difference after they cleaned it!! WOW. Once again, I recommend this company highly. Fair price, professional work ethic, great results. http://regent247.com/index.html read more

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My mom's place suffered severe water damage while she was out of town, and when I discovered it I was referred to call Jim & Jeff at Regent. They sent their guys in an hour, and set up all the necessary equipment. The job required restoring the water damage in addition to mold remediation - definitely something we didn't ever anticipate, but they always were a phone call away if I had any questions. As work progressed, they were very informative and put my nerves at ease, always communicating with me as to what time they would arrive and what it was they were going to be doing. Their guys do great work - they were on time, professional, and always did a clean job. I appreciated everything Regent did for me and I highly recommend them to anyone that may need their kind of service! read more

I had a great experience with Jeff and Regent from start to finish. He returned my call quickly to schedule cleaning my carpet. Renee and Jose were very professional and did a wonderful job cleaning my carpet. I highly recommend this company and I plan to use them in the future. read more

Great service and fabulous cleaning. Spoke with both Jim and Jeff to arrange a time for them to arrive. The guys who did the cleaning were in and out in less than 2 hours. Of course, I got all the things off the floor before they arrived so there was little moving for them to do beyond the moving of the big pieces of furniture. All of the spots came up and never returned, and the carpets were dry within a couple of hours as promised. I was truly amazed. The carpets hadn't been cleaned in over 10 years. You can't go wrong with having these guys clean your carpets! read more

Regent has been cleaning my carpet for 2 years. The owners are helpful and their employees, Renee & Omar, are conscientious and careful. They worked hard to clean my carpet and ceramic tile & grout. I liked that they arrived on time and were also very nice. I have recommended them to my neighbors and will call them again for their services. Thanks Guys. read more

Due to a back up of the Los Angeles sewer system, seven ground floor units and the garage of our condominium were flooded with sewage. Our property management company sent Regent to deal with this crisis. Every facet of Regent's handling of our situation was exceptional! From the moment they arrived on the scene, it was clear that they knew how to handle this type of problem, which reassured the affected homeowners as well as the Board members that we were in good hands. First, the workers virtually worked around the clock to clean up the sewage, and then over the weeks that followed, did a spectacular job in sanitizing the garage and the damaged units. As the VP of the HOA Board, I served as Regent's primary contact for progress reports. I must have spoken to Jeff a minimum of three times per day, and over the course of five weeks, I believe there were only a handful of times that I had to leave him a voicemail (which he always returned within a matter of hours). I was particularly impressed with Jeff's initiative in reaching out to me with status updates or new information. He and his business partner Jim were available around the clock to answer my calls as well as those of all the affected homeowners. As a former director of a customer service help desk, I can say that Regent's customer service standards are at a level that all companies should strive to achieve! Best of all, Regent delivered high quality service at a very competitive price. Throughout the process, Jeff took time to explain different sanitizing protocols and options to our HOA Board so we could make informed decisions regarding those that were most cost effective without sacrificing quality. The hygienist who performed the lab testing to ensure that all areas were properly sanitized stated how impressed he was with Regent's work. I feel comfortable in representing every homeowner and member of our HOA Board in expressing our deep gratitude to Regent for their service and support throughout this difficult time! read more

Here's another 5 star review! Jeff and Jim are the best. Regent has been cleaning our carpets and upholstery for 20 years. ALWAYS happy with the results, and the fair prices. They always arrive on time. We've had them in two houses and now a condo. We're gotten good at making messes-two boys, four dogs, remodeling and entertaining. Don't know how my floors would get cleaned if I moved out of the area. Oh! They do tile, too. read more

When mold caused by a leak in a hot water pipe invaded my home, I was confused by the different approaches by a string of different tradesmen. Jeff Montag was highly recommended by a friend. I called, he answered and came to the house the very next morning. He became my hero...he was highly experienced, dealt with the insurance co, tried to save as much of my kitchen as possible, and save me extra expense .He said I could call him any time for the smallest detail. His crew was excellent, thorough, dependable and honest. How about A+ read more

These guys did an awesome job cleaning our office floors. Very professional and courteous.

GREAT CARPET CLEANING! I found Regent Carpet Care on Angie's List, where they have excellent ratings. I dropped off a filthy wool area rug at their facility (although they will also pick up carpets, or clean them at your home), and it was finished the next day. Their price to clean my rug was competitive, and it looks great. And they're nice people - a pleasure to deal with. I will be hiring them to do the rest of my rugs. I recommend them highly. read more
