I just have to start off by saying this was hands down the best experience i've ever had at a doctor's office. The staff was amazing and so was Dr. Bruno herself. I had just came in from out of town when my filling came out and I was in dire need of finding someone to fit me their schedule the same day and luckily Dr.Bruno's office/front staff was able to fit me in and schedule me for same day treatment. Her staff was so friendly and nice from the front ladies to the back ladies nothing but smiles and friendly faces. I definitely will be coming back! read more

I've been to a lot of dentists (because I've moved a lot) and Dr. Bruno is by far, the best. She treats me like a whole person and is knowledgeable about how teeth fit into overall health. She explains her thinking and makes me a partner in my tooth care. My husband has doctor/ dentist anxiety, and she goes out of her way to make him feel comfortable. He actually likes going to see her because she takes time to put him at ease and is happy to answer all of his questions. She takes a very conservative approach with cavities, preferring to see if small cavities can be treated in other ways rather than just immediately drilling them, and I like that. I feel very safe in her hands. The office staff have always been really nice. In short, she treats you like family. Highly recommended. read more

This "dentistry" is TERRIBLE. They are REALLY bad with kids. My daughter went in today and they just took her in the back without me, and started working on her. My daughter was crying like crazy when they finally let me come in there. My daughter asked for her mom and water because she couldn't breathe when they put the item in her mouth during the x-ray and they said no. My daughter got scared and started breathing hard and the YELLED at her. They had no knowledge of how to deal with a kid that is scared which happens a lot actually. I would NEVER recommend this "dentistry" EVER. read more

Am writing this review after much contemplation for the pros and cons with this practice. Ultimately, was disappointed and will not return for several reasons. In brief, the initial charges to visit this practice are much too high. In fairness, I sought out their approach for the integrative medicine experience and expected to pay a bit more and was told up front by the receptionist that their charges are higher in exchange for longer visits and more thorough exams. OK, will give this a try. Here, after a full-head xray (which is the most clear and detailed image have ever seen from any dentist - quite impressive), the 1.5 hour consult includes a discussion about how removing unbroken amalgam fillings is a beneficial approach to help prevent toxic "outgassing" (especially because dementia runs in our family and have every reason to hope that this works as a prevention strategy)! However, if such toxins are a daily concern, then it seems possible that tearing apart an undamaged filling would cause greater risk (even with additional supplements as a prophylactic). Of course, please do your own research on the subject from your own trusted dental and medical professionals as I have zero expertise on the subject and this is simply own opinion. Pros The staff is dedicated to kindness from start to finish in their work. Also, Dr. Bruno communicates with compassion even though I disagree with her prices and their integrative approach. Cons Prices much too high. On initial (and only) visit paid $600+ for xrays and initial exam but no cleaning which would need to be a separate visit. Sigh. read more

This office will not accept X-rays and photos taken at another facility, even if they were taken the SAME DAY. This forces the patient to have them done at her office, and to incur additional, unnecessary radiation and HIGH costs, as her initial consultation plus X-rays is nearly $600! SCAM ARTISTS!! Worst experience I have ever had in my life with any medical/dental "professionals". I was sick the day of my initial consultation/appointment and had to call in and let them know I couldn't make it. I know that I left a voicemail message on the office voicemail system but this sorry excuse for a front desk receptionist has the audacity to tell me that I didn't leave a message because she can't remember hearing it?! Really? Because of that, they counted me as a no-show and are charging $571 for NOTHING. Zero services rendered for almost $600, even when I called and told them I was sick with fever! I should have just shown up and gotten them all sick, I guess? Unbelievable. I have called them several times since that first bill I received and nothing. I wrote Dr. Bruno an email, as recommended by the front desk person, and I never got a response. Initially, I wanted to ask if there was anyway to get a reduced charge or to set up some form of payment plan but I was totally stonewalled. The front desk receptionist/office manager is rude, snarky and totally unprofessional and hung up on my husband and then talked to me in the most dismissive, juvenile way. The dentist office is a joke. Save your money and go somewhere else. There are too many amazing dental offices with kind, friendly and understanding dentists and staff than to deal with these people. I should also add that they lost THOUSANDS of dollars of business with my family and I because they were so petty with these charges. I was going to get several amalgam fillings removed over the course of a year. I was going to pay 100% out of pocket for that since they don't take insurance. I guess this is a blessing in disguise because I can't imagine now dealing with such a shady business. I will now take my business elsewhere. The care that I've received at Dr. Bruno's office is amazing. I love that they are holistic and use natural treatments like ozone. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the doctors seek to educate on how to correct underlying issues, vs waiting for disease to come. Dr. Bruno has talked to me not just about my dental hygiene, but also how lifestyle affects my teeth, and how that can affect the rest of my body. The best part is that I now have an action plan on how to take care of my teeth. Before, I would just have been told by other dentists to "brush and floss", but after being a patient here I have a solid routine that includes some specific add-ons like ozonated olive oil to kill the bad bacteria in my mouth. I feel like I have a strong concept of what it means to get my teeth healthy now, and to keep them healthy and well for the rest of my life. I am a chiropractor and I understand the full picture, but it is nice to be lead by another doctor that goes the extra mile for her patients. I have referred a lot of friends and patients to her practice and will continue to do so. read more

I am not going to enjoy writing this review, but I feel a public responsibility. It is going to be said that I was not a patient, but that is not the case. It was a terrible experience in all regards. It started with Dr. Bruno telling me personally that she took my insurance instead of stating that she is out of network and would simply file, leaving me with the financial responsibility. Then she proposed the most extensive and unneeded treatment plans possible for me and a family member. We have both had out dental issues addressed from other dentists since. The front desk did not return emails or calls with questions about the treatment plan. I made about 5 attempts before giving up. It's all about money. read more

Dr. Bruno is an amazing dentist and person. I have been several times and have always had great service. I have extreme anxiety and she and her staff are is amazing at working with this issue. She even brought in a weighted blanket for me to use and uses tapping to help. She answers her phone while on vacation to assist in emergencies. She has an amazing protocol when removing metal fillings to keep the patient and staff safe from toxins. I dislike going to the dentist but Dr. Bruno and her staff make it as pleasant as it could possibly be. I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Bruno. read more

Two days before Christmas (and on a Friday night!), one of my older crowns came off. Dr. Bruno called me back immediately and met me at her office within the hour! Please be careful when choosing this dentist. My husband went for his teeth cleaning and has braces. Dr. Bruno didn't know how to clean around the wire and decided to cut the wire in pieces in order to clean it. He had to run to the orthodontist to get the wire fixed, both wasting his time and putting his treatment at risk. She did apologize to him for the incident, but it gave us such a scare we will not be going back. read more
