Waited 2 hours before my order was even taken. Was told we were first in line for our reservation 5 minutes after arrival and proceeded to wait an hour and a half in line. The server being rude didn't help our long waiting time as well as she was extremely snappy and petty. I've gone to brunch's for a while now and never really had a bad experience but due to menu changes an under performing staffing I find that it has greatly gone down hill, the food wasn't horrible but charging people for extra side when items used to have them an basically upping prices because you can is not ideal on top of a 30min wait for a table that was open the whole time. My husband and I stopped in for breakfast Monday morning and truly enjoyed ourselves. Parking is easy and plentiful outside in a large shared lot. We were greeted and seated quickly by the hostess. Our server delivered water and a cheerful smile before taking our order. I went with the all American breakfast (eggs, turkey sausage, and blueberry pancakes) and my hubby ordered the biscuits and gravy. Both were tasty and the portions were great. The restaurant is large with two big bars, lots of open space and many televisions. It would be an awesome place to watch some football! We stopped here last Saturday at around 11:30 so prime Brunch time and there was a wait which was to be expected. They took our phone number and text when ready. We had the twins with us so we needed two high chairs which there was no problem getting thanks goodness, this has become my new fear when trying new places that they won't have any high chairs but never fear mommas and daddas they were very accommodating and friendly towards the kids. This may or may not have been the first brunch I have ever not had a drink at (aside from when I was pregnant) but they sure did look delicious The food was great and I can't wait to come back to try more menu items and get those mimosas. read more

Came here for breakfast and ended up eating lunch. Guess that is why they call it brunch. Menu is huge (drinks and food) with creative selections. Ambiance is great. Our waitress was even better! I had the spicy margarita and the mushroom burger sub patty for chicken. Hubby had the same but with a homemade black bean patty. Kiddo had a tough time deciding what to get. He surprised me and ordered the Mac and cheese with buffalo chicken bites. It was really good. He loved it too. Didn't love being charged $1 for pickles and grilled onions. Amazing experience and service!! We had Krissi as our server and she was absolutely sensational! We were in town from DC and came in to grab a quick brunch before the beach. As we walked in I got an exceptional call from a dream company saying that I had gotten a new job!! I was shaking I was so excited. Krissi was patient while I took the call and when I came in was ready to take our order and be at our disposal but she read my energy of excitement and when I mentioned my recent good news she brought be a congrats pancake and was more than willing to celebrate! I think you can look at the picture of my food and that speaks for itself. That was the saddest meal I've ever eaten. The cheese was not melted, the food had little to no taste (very bland) and the meat was gross. This is after waiting almost an hour to receive our food! After waiting that long I was hoping for something delicious and I was highly disappointed. I visited here on a Sunday afternoon with my son and friends. We checked in at 1:19pm. There was a wait. We were told the wait shouldn't be too long because there was only 1 large party ahead of us. There was 5 of us in my party. We were told we would get a text when our table was ready... It ended up being a long wait... Around 1:55pm, we went inside to check on the table. We were told that we were next and waiting for a table to be ready.... This was a bit frustrating as I had been watching people go in and out for the past 35 minutes. We were notified that the table was ready at 2:02pm. Ariel was out waitress and came over promptly. After introducing herself, she went to get a kids menu for my son. We ordered drinks and continued looking at the menu. The table next to be had the Easter Sampler Platter looked really delicious but a lot of food also. We ordered about 2:12pm. I ordered the loaded flight (mimosas) to drink. I got the All American Breakfast with the Cinn a bun, scrambled eggs, and home fries. My son got the Kid American but substituted the pancake for French toast. He got a chocolate milk to drink and it was REALLY small... The Drinks arrived at 2:23pm. The food arrived around at 2:45pm. I enjoyed my food. One of my friends who got regular pancakes didn't like the taste of it. One of my friend ordered 3 chicken and waffle shots and they were DELICIOUS! The long wait was horrible, especially as we were very hungry. For us, I think the drinks were better than the food. I would return again, if I'm ever in town. First, I had heard amazing things about this brunch spot! I was happy to see they had multiple locations in Wilmington, and my friend and I got to the one at Randall around 10am on a Sunday and didn't have to wait at all. We were seated in a suuuuper vibey place. There were cute neon signs and greenery on the walls. I ordered the Bronx Bomber as an omelette with a side of house fries and a spicy Bloody Mary. Drinks were 10/10 (and good sizes too! Also how cute is my straw?!). Service was great and VERY fast when we were there (I had probably had 3 sips of my bloody before our meals showed up). Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. The food was definitely good, but not the BEST brunch I've ever had (I'm very picky about my brunches ), which gives it the 4 stars. I definitely want to go back and try some other options on the menu, though, to see if my mind can be changed. I think I had just heard so much about this place that I had super high expectations! We stopped in for breakfast at Brunches at Randall on our way to our Grandson's football game. This was or first time at this location and I was pleasantly surprised that other than the physical layout, we couldn't tell any difference in the service or the quality of the food from their Parker Farm Dr. location, which is one of or favorite breakfast spots. As always I started the meal with their Spicy Bloody Mary. I think it is one of the best in the city. I had their BY THE SEA Omelet made with Blue crab meat, grilled shrimp, bacon, Swiss cheese and eggs with a sides of Bacon and salsa. Added a little Texas Pete Hot Sauce and I had a delicious meal The perfect way to start the day. My wife had their BERRY BELGIUM WAFFLE, a Belgium waffle with strawberries, blueberries and topped with whipped cream. Both my wife's and my bacon were cooked the way we asked it to be. I gave his restaurant 5 stars dee to the quality and quantity of their food, the cleanliness of the facility and their courteous and conscientious staff. If the Mimosas made them do it, maybe some other restaurants could use Mimosas. This restaurant will definitely be added to my go to list and I recommend that you add it to yours. read more

Ordered food online at this new second location. It might be a little hard to find at first since there is no restaurant sign yet. Just follow the small yellow and black sign that says Brunches. Once we arrived, we walked inside to pick up the food to-go. We had ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich and the Hangover. The buffalo chicken sandwich was good. The chicken was tender and there was just the right amount of buffalo sauce flavor. It came with tomatoes, lettuce. Would order this again. I wasn't too crazy about the Hangover. It came with two thick Belgian waffles, your choice of meats of either a burger or chicken, eggs cooked the way you like, cheese and a side of fries. The waffles were clove-spiced, which was overpowering. It would have tasted better with a buttermilk waffle as well as a thinner waffle. The belgian waffle was just too much waffle to eat and also made it harder to stuff in my mouth. And maybe the Hangover would have tasted better with buffalo chicken instead of a burger meat. The Hangover was very filling because of the thick waffles-could barely finish half. Fries were okay. Tasted better after I reheated the leftovers in the toaster oven to make them more crispy. I absolutely love brunches! It's the perfect place to go with friends to laugh and enjoy company. While we waited for our seats, we grabbed a drink at the bar and went outside to play Jenga. When we got to our eats we ordered iced coffees and I ordered the Poke Wrap, it was on the specials menu. It was like sushi in a tortilla, pretty good. This experience made me really sad. I was looking forward to trying this based on reviews. The food was incredible - I will start by saying that. But the service, horrendous. We waited almost 10 minutes to be greeted once seated, and the restaurant was half empty. Then our server, who didn't seem happy to be there, had attitude the entire meal. Asking for hot sauce & cream seemed to be an imposition. While waiting for things my friend noticed the cluster of girls at the host stand. I've worked in the service industry, so I get it. Yall wanna chit chat on a Sunday morning but then have a better attitude & smile when you approach your tables. Also, coffee is watery and unflavorful. But what do you expect for $3. read more

I've ordered on their website, twice so far, and I've gotten a different eggs Benedict each time. Today, I tried the crab cake eggs Benedict. It was good, my only complaint is that they barely put any hollandaise sauce on it, and I love hollandaise sauce. I got home fries for my side, they are a good too, and I didn't need to add any additional salt or pepper to them. I'll definitely be back. I LOVE BRUNCHES!!! I have been to this location two times now and each time was amazing. The drinks are fun, the staff is really nice and the atmosphere is so cute. I love the mimosa specials they do. First time I came here I got the chicken biscuit supreme and it was so good! The chicken was perfect not dry or over cooked. Truly a solid option, the second time I got the steakhouse bowl with peppers and tomatoes added & it was also very good. I recommend both options. Brunch isn't brunch without a mimosa & this place does mimosas better than anywhere else. There are so many options and they do fun mimosa specials (Easter mimosa with peeps). They also have mimosa flights and loaded mimosa flights that have shots in them. Will be back to try more menu items. read more

We went here on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. Surprise surprise, it was incredibly busy! We put our names on the wait list and an hour later were called to our table. However, it took us 15 minutes to get back to the restaurant (our faults) and, having missed the 15 minute grace period, we had forfeited our table. The hostess went out of her way to clear us a spot at the bar so we didn't have to get back on the wait list, and she got us in last minute. Huge shoutout to her! The service was great-- friendly staff! The only reason I'm giving this a 4 instead of a 5 is because the food was good, but nothing to write home about. In fact, I found it to be lacking a bit of flavor and originality. The other thing that bugged me (and this is of course a northern thing) is that I couldn't get real maple syrup.
