Yea KZ, you know who I am. That little red car you butchered. When I picked it up it had a deep dent in the nose and deep scratches on the trunk. The car only weighs just over 2000 lbs. The parking lot is flat. You didn't need to push the car very hard to move it. Some asshole shoved the car into another car's trailer hitch. The dent is over 1/2" deep. You can see the roundness of the dent that clearly shows that it was smashed into a trailer hitch. Additionally, the same asshole dragged his finger's into the trunk paint. The car has a bumper moron. Why the hell did you need to drag your fingers down the trunk lid? I am convinced that this car was damaged on purpose. All that said I will never ever take a car there again. I recommend you find someone else to repair your car given my experience.

Fast forward hours later and the cost increased $150 dollars. When I arrived at th shop, I asked to speak with Mark about the increase. I asked him to highlight on the receipt where that increase was. He did not do that. Money has always been tight so I pay attention to the details. I have to. After a good deal of time with Mark talking over me, asking if I understand, and trying to convince me that I did not hear the amount that I approved the work for, he says "Listen Doll. I dont have a crystal ball." I have never been spoken to like that by an employee of a business, much less the OWNER of the business! Its "Dolls" like myself that keep his business going. They have been looking for the vehicle for 3 months. I found out where the truck was and I called extreme recovery again and told them where the truck was gave them the address asked them to pick it up, before the person moves the truck again. They got the truck and it cost $500 just for the repo and plus the back payments that was paid to the bank. So I called the extreme recovery and asked how much it was if I pick up the truck from you tomorrow. The guy said it would be $40 per day not counting 24 hour days just per day. So it would be $80 total. Okay. We get there to pick up the truck and this lady said it would be $120 to get it out. I said $120 I talk to CJ yesterday and he said it would be $80 to get it out. $80 for the storage fee and a $40 Administrative Fee. Let me talk to a manager. Called a manager and the guy said my boss needs to get the $40 Administration Fee and I am not paying him. So we paid it and the lady made copies of our paperwork. She said someone will be at the gate in a minute. The lady that took our paperwork, came to the gate and unlocked it and took us to the truck.

I was then able to retrieve my car less than 24 hours after it had been delivered there - but then these *criminals* insisted that it was there for two calendar days, not one, despite it being less than 24 hours since its delivery, and no notice having been given until that very morning. What's more, their attitudes and behavior are absolutely abhorrent - the old man who answered the phone may have the absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered. Hopefully, they won't be in business for much longer - they certainly shouldn't be.
