Their customer service is top notch along with their mechanics. I found out that my cabin air filter was absurdly dirty. Supposedly my dealer had changed that on a service call. They gave me an excellent price for my four new tires. On top of that, my first rotation was free. I went today to have the rotation done. When I arrived for my appointment, they took my car immediately to do the job. When you need service on your vehicle, call John's Auto. Their service is quick and top notch! They send a very detailed vehicle report with photos of your car in real time.
