I opted to wait for my car. The man who was answering the phones, came out to question me who worked on my car prior to this, meaning a certified mechanic or a layperson. he proceeded to state the prior person used a drill to attach the wires to the headlight harness. I emphatically explained that there was not any drill used because I was present when the headlight bulb was changed. He then stated you probably bought the car used, again I informed him the car was bought off the lot. At this point the man working on the car, took me to my car. He informed me, wires were drilled the there was a broken piece of metal just lying near the headlight. Fast forward I was told I would need an entire new headlight harness in which I was quoted between $500.00-800.00. I was charged 75.00 and I left. I took my car to a different place, where nothing such as drilled wires or a loose piece of metal was noted. A burnt out fuse was found. I have zero faith in Opeaka. I am glad I had the sense to get a second opinion.
