I was fortunate enough to meet Richard Landen while I was there. Richard was very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. I told Richard I needed to discuss a few of the model options with my wife, and I'd call him with a decision within a week. I phoned Richard a few days later, and told him which model Subzero we wanted to order. He couldn't have made the whole purchase any easier. Richard emailed me the receipt, and told me the new Subzero would be available for pickup in a few days. Richard was kind enough to inform me that if I selected a certified installer Subzero adds an extra year to the warranty! So I figured I had better do just that, and I went with Top Tier Appliance Installations which is owned by John Yeager. If there was ever an appropriately named business, it's John's business! John and his crew really were top tier! From keeping me apprised of their arrival time to protecting my floors removing the old SubZero, to being diligent as they carefully lugged these 800 pound machines (both the old Subzero and the new Subzero) up and down my stairs without damaging my home! The installation job they did on my new Subzero was spectacular! I would highly recommend John and his team without reservation! I'm a very particular guy, and John and his team are definitely welcome back in my home anytime. Going forward, anytime I need new appliances, I will be calling Richard at Tee Vax to buy them, and John at Top Tier Appliance Installations to install them!

Fast forward after 24...48 + hrs with no ice working and a bill for payment for service not rendered and then informing "it's not under warranty". Ice maker didn't even needed replacement and it's not even working still. When something is under warranty you get the part for free from the manufacture they got it from somewhere else instead ‍‍ Obviously warranty got denied. Called another repair technician who came looked at it and said the water filter or fill tube was clogged.....that is it. Not really Diamond Certified BUT I call them Un Certified.

We needed a stack option, he had a few but mostly gas dryers. We purchased a GE stack washer and dryer, he delivered it for a pretty good fee, not to bad really. Jesus and his son installed it and test it before they left. Looked good. It also came with a 3 month warranty. After using it several times I was quite happy, however, the dryer was acting up. I called Jesus, he came by and looked at it, checked the wiring and everything was working fine. After another week or two, the dryer was acting up again, I called Jesus and he came down with a spare dryer, took the one that was not working at the time, and told me to use it till he could figure out what was going on with the GE one. After a week and a half, he brought it back, removed the loaner, installed the GE again and said use it and see what happens. After 3 weeks there were no issues, however, it seemed like the mother board was bad after looking up some issues with this dryer on Google. I called Jesus, he brought the other dryer back down and removed the bad GE and installed a newer Samsung dryer. So far everything has been good and my wife and I love the appliances. Jesus is a great person to deal with, honest and very helpful. If you are looking for washer and dryer, used, go check Ryan's Appliances out.

I can now store a step ladder in the room allowing me easy access to the top shelves in the cupboards. I wanted to buy a new 70" TV for my living room and move my 65" into my garage because I got a pool table and made it into a cool place to hang out. The Samsung tv was on sale and I purchased it. My dad saw it was on sale and bought 1 two on a separate transaction. we picked both up and brought them home (1) to my house and 2nd to his house. I took it out the box and had it hung up and it was shattered. Had to bring it back and get another one. THEN - my dad's tv wasn't opened until super bowl and it's freaking cracked too. same thing ...immediately took it back and denied because it was over 30 days. so best buy won't help and samsung won't help.
