I did going expecting it would have a better selection of lumber at better prices than Home Depot. Unfortunately, that was not the case. They had a lot of wood suitable for construction but not for woodworking. They really had only one type of plywood with any kind of nice surface. Mostly have OSB, CDX, and only one type with a sanded finish. And that was almost $10 more per sheet than what I could get at Home Depot. No Birch or other quality plywood ether. I did purchase about 4 sheets just to check them and then went to Home Depot and got the remaining 11 sheets I needed. It was less expensive and there was significantly more choice for plywood other than OSB, CDS, etc.

Unfortunately, our experience with Shawn on the windows and doors side was the complete opposite. He often came across as condescending, seemed distracted and in a rush, and follow-up was poor. Customer service and communication were disappointing, and we were left wondering why someone with that attitude is in a customer-facing role. When we mentioned using ChatGPT to translate, she and another employee laughed at us instead of offering assistance. As a business owner myself, I would never allow my employees to treat customers this way. Their behavior not only showed a lack of professionalism and respect but also caused ABC Supply to lose a nearly $20,000 sale. We took our business elsewhere the same day.
