HORRIBLE is an understatement.Kristie does not know what she's doing& has only been open for months,found out after the fact.I was the unlucky client that suffered the consequences.What you see on website is NOT what you get as the other reviewer stated.Should have been a flag when I saw that it was tucked inside a nail salon.On top of that her prices are ridiculously high for the not so nice area and service you get.Paid almost 600 for brows & lashes and pictures below will speak for themselves,I can't make this up.For such high pricing you would think the person was some master artist,instead my brows&lashes were BOTCHED.Ive been so insecure with my face hoping in time it would get better but it hasn't.I came in wanting just combo brows and set of full lashes,took over 5 hours.The lashes looked&felt cheap(nail salon quality)& fell off that night along with my permanent lashes.you can see in the pic it left me with bald patches above my eye where I couldn't even wear fake lashes to cover. Next the brows,any person with an eyesight can see the unevenness how the right one was missing corner strokes compared to other.The worst part of all was how she never wanted to acknowledge any mistakes.She would get annoyed,rude if you wanted any fixing and blame the customer,excuses anything but "her doing".See her text below as proof, all because I just wanted my eyebrows to match & be even which is basic expectations.Come touch up appt her work had faded dramatically only after 1 month,only the ends of brows stuck so now I had 2 to 3 different colors on my brows.She suggested ombré powder brows to fill in the uneven colors.As you can see below in pictures there is NO ombré powder affect whatsoever!Looks like a kid drew in my eyebrows with a sharpie pen!Everything you hope will NOT happen to your brows she did! Overly dark,sharp,long,crooked,low,thick Charlie Chapman brows I was left with.I couldn't believe someone could do such a horrible job.It's like she didn't even try,she just went hard and dark and color ink happy to cover her old mistake.What I got was not permanent make up "combo or ombré brows". There's no subtle,gentle natural powdery affect, just dark ugly,thick pointy old school tattooed brows.I spent a fortune all for her to ruin my face.Never was she apologetic,just rude and didn't want to be bothered.I've never seen a business operate so badly. read more

Kristy really takes her time to dissolve my messed up eyebrow tat using chemicals. They were reddish brown when I first came to her. After two times of removal, the color has been neutralized. The skin is not half as bad as being laser removed. I like her technique and would definitely support Kristy again in the near future. read more

I had my nano hair strokes brow completed by Kristy a few days ago. One of my favorite things is the care that she gave me during the treatment. I have an extremely low pain tolerance. It was one of the main reasons why I postponed getting my brows done for a long time. Kristy is very knowledgeable and explained everything step by step during the treatment for me. This helped calm my nerve as I know what was actually happening. She also noticed that I was lowkey crying while she worked on the other side of my brow. It was so sweet of her to talk, distract, and even encourage me to keep continue on. Not the experience i paid for. I got there earlier than my appt scheduled. Called in advance to ask, was told they could take me. I arrived and let them know i was there for my eyebrows. The location is merged with a nail salon, and there's no confirmation if they are checking you in via browtiful or the salon. I felt as though trying to understand the woman was difficult, due to the volume of voice. Upon letting her know i can't hear she yells and then staff laugh. I shook it off was told to wait. At this point, I left with no intent of coming back. But I did, back at my appointment time. Told to wait again. Once they take me to the back, it definitely was not the lady I booked with via their website. Or the pictures on the website. I asked if she would be doing the brow mapping. Language barrier, she called someone, and then she assured me she would take care of my eyebrows. No brow mapping was done. Not the experience i paid for. Her social media shows her brow talent and provides a view into her microblading style. For me I really loved how natural her technique was and it really was transforming what already existed. She spends time in your initial appointment sketching in each hair stroke which shows her dedication to her craft. Microblading was 100% the best discretionary income cosmetic choice I've made.
