This was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I've ever had…read more I came in simply asking to have my eyebrows waxed. Instead of greeting me or offering assistance, every technician looked at me and then ignored me. When I asked about the price multiple times, I was only given a mumbled response. I then waited for over 30 minutes without anyone acknowledging me, updating me, or letting me know how much longer the wait would be. After repeatedly saying "excuse me" to get someone's attention, I was completely ignored. At that point, I told them their behavior was unprofessional and that I would be filing a complaint. I left feeling disrespected, unwelcome, and deeply disappointed. Based on how I was treated, I personally felt I was treated differently, and the experience left me questioning whether discrimination played a role. No customer deserves to be ignored or made to feel invisible. I will not be returning. Also would like to add, they had zero Black customers. When I walked in I noticed a lady after me came in, who happened to be Latina and they greeted her. So, I'm not sure as to why they treated us differently. I've been warned by previous customers to not come here and now I know why. The worst nail salon experience I've ever had. (I'm Mexican) However, my friend--who is African American--was asked to stop in the middle of her pedicure and go pay before her service was even completed. She still had additional services scheduled (eyebrows and upper lip), which made the situation feel even more unusual. What stood out most was the inconsistency in how we were treated. It didn't feel like a clearly communicated or standard policy, and it raised concerns for us about whether we were being treated differently. I hope the business can clarify and apply policies consistently to all customers, because experiences like this can leave people feeling singled out rather than welcomed.

They have so many services they do gel manicures , pedicures , acrylic sets , eyebrows , eyelashes and so many more. The parking lot is huge just beware that if there are games at the BMO stadium or a concert then it would be impossible to get through due to traffic.
