I docked a few stars off for difficulty scheduling appointments for fills, and for not replying to dm's and emails. I understand she is the only tech doing lashes and she's popular and books quickly, but as a newbie to lashes, the scheduling process was not easy. I needed an appointment for a fill 2-3 weeks after my full set and was unable to get an appointment until 4-5 weeks after. On top of that, communication was lacking as she did not reply to my messages. Unfortunately, I will be going elsewhere where I can get appointments regularly. This is very disappointing as I had a very good first experience.

I used to come here when Nancy was doing lashes and recently stopped in to try out Cynthia. She was great! I have long lashes, but they're very straight and some are blonde...but not anymore thanks to her. It had been a few months since I had gotten them done, and Cynthia was happy to explain the process to me (including aftercare) and worked with me to figure out how dramatic of a lift/tint I'd like. Easy to talk to if you like chatting during your salon services, but also happy to let you rest while the keratin is doing its thing. Thank you, Cynthia!!

I needed to get my eyebrows done at last minute and quickly searched on Yelp for nearby places near my house and Brows Lids Lashes popped up with 5 stars. I called to inquire and was able to get an appointment to come in in 30 minutes. Parking There is street parking which can be tricky because it is a residential and it can be packed pretty much everyday. The staff over the phone did let me know that there was parking in the back of the salon. Literally, pull up to the driveway right next to the store because it can be easy to miss. The parking is a very small lot and is right in front of an apartment complex. It fits only about 6 cars. Salon The salon is so clean, simple and elegant. Right when you enter you can smell mint or eucalyptus. For waxing, there is a small station where you will sit and get your eyebrows done. They do all kinds of service here such as lash lift, eyelash extension, etc and for those services there are beds where you will lay down to get it done. Eyebrow waxing Nancy was the technician who did my eyebrow waxing and she did such a great job! There was a little 5 minute into where she went over my brows and asked what I wanted to achieve whether it was getting them thinner or just trimming etc. She did give me a heads up that my right eyebrow had little hair than the left so that way I don't get surprised after she waxes my brows. I appreciate that she let me know that. The waxing took about 10 minutes and I was super happy with my brows! Nancy is super sweet and nice. I'd highly recommend her! Covid safety precautions Everyone must wear a mask inside the salon including the staff and customers. There were hand sanitizer available to use.

I've been wanting to get a lash lift for some time but didn't know where to go. I finally took a chance, relying on Yelp reviews, and I'm not sorry! They were able to accommodate my almost last minute appointment and Tierra was amazing! First off, the salon is lovely and very clean. Tierra was patient and kind, gently explained the process throughout, but didn't bother me with unnecessary chatter, allowing me to relax, and I am very happy with my lash lift a week later! read more

I came in for a wax- lip, chin, sides as well as a henna brow tint. Scheduling was super easy! I originally scheduled the brow tint and was able to go in and schedule the waxes for the next slot. The place is very cute and clean and there is sufficient street parking. Angelina was very sweet she made me feel comfortable so much so that I was leaving I wanted to ask her to be my friend lol. Very cool vibe! Technical wise she knows her stuff. She's quick, a perfectionist and gives you what you want. They do not double dip! She educated me on her methods and how we can achieve my brow goals. I felt like I cheated on my wax person but I'm not going anywhere else after Angelina. My brows were perfect and lasted my whole vacation even my husband who's not a fan of 'beauty adjustments' loved them. I would definitely recommend BLL! I will try lashes soon. read more

Teaching my daughter about self-love hasn't been easy. Today I came to this salon based on reviews, and what I experience was something completely different. The atmosphere was calming, and clean. Thank you Angelina for my cashmere lashes UPDATE: Haven't had time to give an update on how my lashes looked at a week mark. 1 week hit and sadly my lashes were thin and just falling out (huge gaps) . I paid $140 for cashmere lashes , price was not an issue . Me personally I just feel like I just gave my money away just so that my lashes could look full for a couple days . I kept up with them like she recommended. I was thinking about returning for a fill but I think I'll hold off . Her service overall was decent , I still got my eyebrow /lip waxed . Brow was free with a yelp review. Out the door paid $152 I believe + $5 tip . She didn't seem to care for the tip , not sure if it was because she expected more or because it was already a lot of money that I was giving already . They looked amazing when I walked out the door but just didn't last like I thought they should I recommend her lower her fill price or offer some kind of deal . soo much competition out here to keep clients coming back read more

I decided to try them out for an eyebrow wax and I'm so happy I decided to come here! I have gotten my eyebrows threaded for years, so my eyebrows became so uneven. Little backstory , so before I found the Goddess of eyelashes I was going to some other lady and mind you she was pretty good but the one problem I did have was when I would wake up in the morning I would see five to six lashes chilling on my pillow and that's a problem for me because I was dropping good money for eyelashes to only be lasting about a week or so . Me being tired of spending money on lashes that were only lasting a week I found Angelina and LET ME TELL YOU , SHE'S THE GODDESS OF LASHES!!! let me tell you why you should go to Angelina . 1. I have VERY sensitive eyelids and she went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable . 2. It's been about 6 days and no eyelashes have falling out. EXAMPLE: I woke up in the middle of the night and forgot I had eyelashes on and rubbed my eyes super hard and guess what !!???? YA GURL STILL HAD ON HER LASHES . 3. Her prices are very affordable and her lashes look super natural! 4. ALSO , went to six flags the other days and once again all my lashes were chilling on my eyelid like nothing . Ya gurl has that magic glue Overall she gets a 10/10 read more

Made an appointment to get my eyelashes permed on a whim. I've had my eyelashes lifted at another place a while ago and I did not like the results so I was skeptical to even get them done. I convinced myself that my eyelashes deserved another try! Haha. I was able to book an appointment the same day by calling in. My eyelashes were permed by Nancy and I couldn't be happier. I'm not one to usually write Yelp reviews, but I'm on week 2 with my lashes and I just had to rave. Lol. Getting my eyelashes permed has been the best decision I made this year :) lol it cuts my morning routine in half and I don't have to constantly be curling my lashes throughout the day. The few times I've been sugared here have been the most painful experiences. I've been getting sugared ( Brazilians) to be specific FOR YEARS so im no newby to the pain. I didn't decide to leave a review of my experience up until now because at the least, on my first experience I received exceptional customer service. Today just left me feeling really devastated. The customer service with Sugarist Kathy was shocking. I don't understand how someone in this type of field could be so unwelcoming and careless. It felt like she did not want to be there. She did not bother to introduce herself kindly or interact with me in any kind of way. She seemed very annoyed. She didn't care to make me feel welcomed or comfortable in such an intimate service. During the service I expressed to her that she was going too fast for me as I was in extreme pain from the way she was applying the sugar on my skin to the yanking of the hair. She stated that it was because I was on my cycle and because my hair was extremely long, now I understand it was long but like I said im not a newby to the pain of a Brazilian. She could've responded in a more understanding way. It just was not a pleasant experience for me from the moment she came out to get me from the lobby because of the customer service. I don't know if I got her on a bad day, but I wouldn't want any girl to experience the treatment that I did today. Sugar and Glow I hope you reiterate to your staff how important it is to make clients feel welcomed and comfortable, and to simply be kind and friendly, basic human decency. Specially for the price we are paying for these services. I left devastated..

You make an appointment and you still wait over 15 minutes for your wax service even if you check in early or on time isn't great. European Wax Center has a Late Policy Form Stating if you're 9 minutes late you will be marked as a no show, what happens when they don't respect your appointment time ? So if you have time to waste or if you want to sit around smelling wax then book here.

Scheduled a brow wax appointment with Cynthia last week Thursday and had an amazing experience. She inquired about my likes and dislikes about my brows, what my goal was for them, educated me by drawing on my brows how they are supposed to look and started waxing. I inquired about tinting and after Cynthia explained it, I requested that service as well. I look forward to this journey with her. The place was very professional, clean and relaxing. Worth every penny! My sister gets her lashes done with Angelina all the time, and I'm usually a strict lash strip girl, but I finally caved and I'm so glad I did. I was beyond happy with how they turned out they were PERFECT, even better than I expected, and the lash extensions had amazing retention exactly what I wanted. Cynthia is the one that I always book my eyebrow appts with. She's very sweet and always communicates what she is going to do before she gets started. Two years ago, I walked in with thin eyebrows and she has restored them back to full brows. I feel weird about having so much product on my face and I was a little nervous when she did a whole full natural makeup look but she definitely knows what she's doing. I loved how honest she was me and told she recommended for me to wait on the tint, and for me to apply castor oil every night too see if my eyebrows grew some hair in some areas that had no hair due to threading them.
