This has been a great challenge, as I consider my brows to be one of my prized possessions, and every place I tried greatly missed the mark. It wasn't until I saw one of my Yelp friends check in here that I discovered this place. And as someone whose reviews I trust, I decided to try here. At this point, I had nothing to lose. I came in, was welcomed and greeted. I asked for just a brow wax, however I was informed that she would need to clean up the service by threading. I complied, and the end result was phenomenal! I am back to having perfect, natural brows. My nightmares are officially over! I highly recommend, as this business provides comfort, cleanliness, and quality results!

I typically fill in my brows daily but decided to get them microbladed. Right as my appointment that I wanted like a month for was coming, I came down with covid and Katie was SO flexible and kind on rescheduling. She is clearly a boss so she books up pretty quickly so I had to wait another month for her services. She color matched my brows PERFECTLY and got the shape spot on. Like I said, I already had decent shape but she made them look so defined. I'm not going to lie the healing was quite annoying. You can't get them wet, sweat etc and with the Louisiana heat, it was very hard not to sweat. If I decide to do microblading again I am definitely going to get it done in the winter so I don't need to stress every time I go outside. The scary part about microblading is after the scabs fall off they lighten a lot & then darken back up. Katie eased my anxiety and they looked nice after the first session. I went back for my perfecting session 6 weeks later & they are just about healed now. The healing process was also a lot easier the second time around. I am happy with my results and would recommend Katie to anyone, especially redheads!

I liked her work, so I reached out on the website for an appointment. Response time was quick and Katie was really flexible in accommodating me (I contacted her for a next day appointment during probably the busiest time of year in New Orleans - Mardi Gras). She squeezed me in for the next day and gave me detailed address info so that I wouldn't have any problems finding the place. She even texted me the day of the appointment when an earlier appointment slot became available, which I happily took. When I got there, she got started with me right away (despite me interrupting her break because I was a little early, sorry Katie!). She was very gentle and I didn't experience any discomfort. When I finally was done and looked at my eyes, they weren't red or irritated, something I'd noticed in pics in reviews for other places. And, my lashes were BEAUTIFUL! I got a new full classic set. The whole process took about 2 hours and the lashes lasted for weeks. Katie did an amazing job, plus she's super sweet with awesome customer service. 100% recommend.

Arrival When I pulled into the parking lot (plenty of spaces by the way) I was a little confused because I saw signage for a law firm. I double checked my confirmation email (silly me for not doing that sooner) which confirmed I was in the right spot and gave clear directions. Victoria actually greeted me outside which I thought was such a hospitable way of introducing me to a new space. The space When I went inside, the space was so cute! And also felt very clean. I almost wish that there was a wait so I could hang out in the waiting room a little loner, haha. But Victoria saw me immediately. Service This is the best part! Victoria asked me questions about the shape I was aiming for and when I didn't quite have an answer she mapped out a shape that we both liked. I appreciate that she validated that I have a nice natural shape that I could just clean up, rather than trying to push me toward something I didn't want or need. Waxing, threading, and plucking are always painful processes, but Victoria was gentle and checked in. We also had a great conversation during my visit. Final Product I was so pleased with the results and will definitely be back! Every time I notice my eyebrows I smile :). Very thankful to Victoria!

When I met with Hannah, I showed her pictures of styles I liked -- and ones I didn't. She assured me I'd be thrilled with the results and encouraged me to trust her. From our very first conversation, I knew I could. Hannah was meticulous with her measurements, which gave me so much confidence in her skill. She applied numbing gel, and I didn't feel a thing. She even let me sneak a few peeks along the way to calm my nerves. I'm beyond thrilled with my new brows -- my brow pencil is officially in the trash! I can't wait to see Hannah again for future touch-ups. With over 20 years of experience, she truly is the best. -Regina

I am very gently with my extensions so imagine my frustration when they were already falling out the next day! So annoying! they didn't last at all! Sharron removed my old extensions and started from scratch. She talked me through the process, and allowed me to choose exactly what look I wanted. It's been three weeks and they still look perfect! I refuse to go to anyone else! After having my extensions done by Sharron, I think I'd feel naked without them. I don't have to apply heavy sticky mascara, and I've noticed I'm using less foundation and powder bc my eyes pop and brighten up my overall look alone, which in turn is helping w my complexion. I highly recommend visiting Sharron if you are even contemplating lashes, she's always available for consultations if you are on the fence!

Classic Bait-and-Switch - Disappointing Customer Service…read more While the actual service I received was good, the pricing and customer service were extremely disappointing. I specifically booked a Senior Stylist through the website at a listed price of $133. After booking, I received a call requiring a $50 deposit, which I paid. During that call, I was also advised to wait until the next day to see the same Senior Stylist I had originally selected. The morning of my appointment, I received a confirmation link that included a vague statement: "If you booked with a senior stylist, you will be subject to an upcharge at checkout." However, no amount was disclosed, which is misleading and unacceptable. At checkout, I was shocked to be charged $150 instead of $133, along with an automatic 20% gratuity ($30)--bringing my total to $180 for a service I expected to cost $133. When I contacted the salon to dispute the charges, communication stopped, and they have refused to refund the $21 overcharge ($17 price difference + $4 additional gratuity). This experience reflects a lack of transparency and poor customer service. Pricing should be clearly disclosed upfront, not revealed after the service is completed. I am simply requesting a $21 refund to correct this issue. Owner requested proof of website discrepancies and they would happily refund my $21 which I did.. now they are not responding.

Both did a great job communicating and making sure they did what I had envisioned, while also complementing my skin tone. Lauren even asked for a picture of the dress to make sure the makeup coordinated with the color. They were both super nice and made us feel comfortable. The salon also had a nice atmosphere, and plenty of pretty spots to use for pictures! And one of the stylists' dog was there! My only criticism would be that every other time I've had makeup done for a wedding, they've given tiny sample sizes of the makeup used so we could touch up throughout the day because weddings are such long days, especially for the bridal party. Most of my makeup did stay pretty well except for the lip gloss, but it would've been nice to touch it up and have peace of mind.

For starters she was 15 minutes late for my appointment and seemed extremely unorganized. She seemed to be rushing and inattentive during my session. I still cannot believe I paid the amount I did to spend 15 minutes in a chair to get airbrushed a completely different color than my skin tone. When she asked what I would like to be done with my make up I had specified 3 things I did not want and she did them all!! Not to mention when I left my face was a completely different color than my neck, and the make up felt as though it was caked and layered on to my skin. I am no make up pro, but I do know when applying foundation or lip stick you need a primer applied beforehand. She applied lip stick without any primer or even chapstick and 10 minutes after I left, my lips were already peeling. I had also mentioned to her that I have sensitive eyes and if I get powder in them my contacts will burn and water for the remainder of the day. Clearly disregarding what I said, she hit my eye with the eyeshadow and bronzer brush 3 times, because she was busy talking to someone the entire time she did my make up, and as I had mentioned, my eyes were irritated for the rest of the night. After leaving 3 people had mentioned how bad my make up was and couldn't believe that I paid $50 for that job. I had to go to someone for help with fixing my make up after I left!!! I am so disappointed and highly advise going elsewhere for make up application!! Suzette is extremely unprofessional and not up to date with make up application.
