Easy and friendly dealing. Like buying a car years ago where people can trust each other. Got a great deal on a car!

Roman helped us out with a last second after hours pre-purchase inspection. He was highly…read moreresponsive and communicated perfectly throughout the entire process which ended up saving me headaches later down the road. He did a very thorough job and went well above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend you reach out to Roman and his team for any vehicle service/maintenance needs.

I was a customer of theirs last year. For a car that I had bought second hand. Long story short,…read morebefore they had even done any work on my car they asked me for a five star review. With no work done on my car. Second off, I had to go back to them multiple times to fix their lack of attention to their own work they did on my car. Like rushing an oil pan replacement. Not letting the silicone dry, causing me to spend hundreds of more dollars that I couldn't afford. All due to them rushing my services. Not only this but they would schedule work on my car but then would be bombarded with other companies using them to fix their cars and leave me to wait several more hours than promised because their priority was not on my scheduled fix. As well as replacing my shocks and then having to find out that my shocks were leaking. Nothing to do with how my car was but the amount of times I've had to go back to them to fix their OWN work was so so so ridiculous. As a business, they need to have a more organized business that does not treat customers like they are an inconvenience and need to do simple fixes right the first time. Not the 3rd time. I was very flexible and kind to them just to be paying them so much more than what the job actually costed doing it just one time. Communication skills with this business is also very poor. I was convinced that they were ignoring my calls. Respectfully this business has caused me way more amounts of stress and money than to be fixing any of my past issues with that car.

Had a great experience here buying my new truck !!! Eddie was great and Rodney shined her up for me…read more!!!!

I strongly recommend AVOIDING McAdenville Motors…read more I purchased a truck from them at the end of January, and as of today (March 19th), I'm still dealing with issues they promised to fix -- along with serious new concerns that should have been disclosed upfront. At the time of sale, the passenger-side mirror was broken and held in place with zip ties. The salesman assured me it would be replaced, that the part was already on it's way and they they would have it re-directed to my house. After weeks of waiting and no communication, I followed up only to find out they ordered just a small mirror piece -- not the full assembly we clearly discussed. A full replacement is costing me around $1,200. It gets worse. When I took the truck to a Ford dealership for a recall, they refused to perform the work because the windshield had already been replaced with an aftermarket one -- something that was never disclosed to me. A day or two before taking the truck to the dealer, I noticed water pooling in the passenger-side floorboard. I assumed it might be a clogged A/C drain, but after inspection, the dealer had to pull up the carpet and found sand and water underneath. I've now spent $2,000 out of pocket just to investigate and clean this up -- and I'm left seriously questioning whether this truck has prior flood damage despite having a "clean" Carfax report. Between the failure to follow through on promised repairs, lack of transparency, and the unexpected $3,200 in costs I've had to take on, this has been an incredibly frustrating and concerning experience. If this is how McAdenville Motors treats their customers, I would strongly advise you to take your business elsewhere.

I took my Bronco in for an oil change mainly because they sold me an extended warranty that could…read morebe serviced through them. Before that, another Ford dealership had taken a video showing my pinion seal leaking again -- the same pinion seal Keith Hawthorne had already repaired. Keith Hawthorne said they couldn't find a leak and that what was there was just dried oil. A few days after the oil change, my low oil pressure warning came on. I had the Bronco towed back to them. They kept it for four days, couldn't replicate the issue, and said no code had been stored. Then I was told I owed a diagnostic fee. I refused to pay a diagnostic fee for an oil pressure issue that happened just days after they performed the oil change. I finally got the service manager to call me. He told me the "soft codes" were indicating that my battery was probably going bad. The problem with that explanation? They had just checked my battery during the oil change and marked it as GOOD. So at this point, they couldn't find the pinion seal leak another Ford dealership had on video, my battery is supposedly going bad even though they marked it good, and somehow it gets even better. While they had my Bronco, my window button was broken. Instead of simply saying, "We broke it, we'll fix it," I was told they had to get confirmation that they were the ones who broke it. Now my check engine light is on along with FOUR different alerts. At this point, I have absolutely no confidence in this service department. I honestly wouldn't feel comfortable having a Power Wheels serviced there.
