Prices were not what they advertised, and when I sat down to finalize the deal, suddenly there were mandatory add-ons that were never disclosed up front. They tried to force a "Brake Plus" flashing brake light product into the deal, a $399 add on. After researching, I found out it's actually a cheap aftermarket module worth around $20 and can be unplugged or removed in minutes. Victory tried to pass it off as something much more valuable -- and insisted it had to stay on the vehicle. On top of that, the real out-the-door price was thousands more than what they advertised. Insisting the 'Victory Protection Package' for $1599, is standard on every purchase. Classic bait-and-switch pricing. For anyone shopping here, be prepared for price changes, hidden fees, forced add-ons, and inflated numbers that magically appear once you're in the finance office. The good news? I walked away. I've now purchased a better 4Runner, with fewer miles, thousands less, and it came with a lifetime powertrain warranty -- something Victory couldn't match. Better experience at Scott Clark Toyota. Well, they forgot the skid plate, clipped a wire while they were fixing the recall on the tailgate and thought I would not notice. When they confronted the service tech, he admitted that he cut the wire and put some electrical tape around it. It took 2 more visits before they actually got everything fixed. Can't see going back for anything.
