He assured me it was a great vehicle. I made the commitment to buy it, so I flew from Madison, WI to Charlotte. Amin picked me up at the airport and the car did not disappoint! The transaction went smooth and I was off driving the GLS550 back to WI, a 13hr trek! I was a bit nervous about a potential breakdown, but to my pleasant surprise it performed very well. There was a brake shimmy so I called Amin about it and he made it right with me and I am a happy camper with this 2018 GLS 550 ! Thank you Amin for making this a very pleasant experience and I do recommend checking out their inventory, or let him know what you want to buy. Amin is a very personable and customer focused businessman. Best regards, Keith

1 Star Bait and Switch - DO NOT BUY HERE…read more I came to Victory Chevrolet on Rhyne Rd believing I was getting a fair deal on a 4Runner, only to experience one of the worst dealership tactics I've ever seen. Prices were not what they advertised, and when I sat down to finalize the deal, suddenly there were mandatory add-ons that were never disclosed up front. They tried to force a "Brake Plus" flashing brake light product into the deal, a $399 add on. After researching, I found out it's actually a cheap aftermarket module worth around $20 and can be unplugged or removed in minutes. Victory tried to pass it off as something much more valuable -- and insisted it had to stay on the vehicle. On top of that, the real out-the-door price was thousands more than what they advertised. Insisting the 'Victory Protection Package' for $1599, is standard on every purchase. Classic bait-and-switch pricing. For anyone shopping here, be prepared for price changes, hidden fees, forced add-ons, and inflated numbers that magically appear once you're in the finance office. The good news? I walked away. I've now purchased a better 4Runner, with fewer miles, thousands less, and it came with a lifetime powertrain warranty -- something Victory couldn't match. Better experience at Scott Clark Toyota. If you value honesty, transparency, and your wallet, DO NOT BUY HERE.

I have had my car serviced here numerous times and each time the service has been always very good…read more Each service representative was very attentive and communicated with me. I actually did not think the service could get any better, but I was mistaken. This time when I came in for a basic oil change, the tech spotted a whole in a tube and leak in the timing cover. When the service representative, Sydney went above and beyond to reach out to Lexus to see if they could assist me because my warranty had just expired. She made sure to assure me that she could not promise me they would help me. Well, Lexus came back and authorized repairs that would have cost me several thousands. I am grateful for my Lexus experience as a long time customer and I am grateful for Sydney going above and beyond to even try to see if they would allow my car to be serviced under the warranty. Thank you Hendrick Lexus North Lake
