I believe it was an accident, however, Blanca refused to take any responsibility for misplacing the item, and when asked about her policy's for lost items I was told to either send her a photo with proof it was there or stop messaging her. I, of course, did not take a photo of my bathroom vanity that morning, leaving me with a $300 trip to the dentist in addition to her $400 fee for cleaning the home. A very disappointing experience.
