Appointments were…read morefrequently rescheduled, and it often felt like I was being fit into last-minute canceled appointments rather than receiving reliable scheduling. Communication was poor throughout the process. Another challenge was that several of the workers did not speak English, which made it very stressful to communicate exactly what I wanted and did not want. On two separate occasions, the quality of the cleaning was below expectations. What was most disappointing was how my concerns were handled. When I raised a concern about the service, Blanca raised her voice and repeatedly yelled at me to "listen to her" instead of calmly addressing the issue. I felt disrespected and that my feedback was not valued. It seemed like I was expected to simply accept things as they were rather than voice any concerns. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, inconsistent service, and the way my concerns were handled have led me to decide it's time to try another cleaning company.

I love coming home after a Monica cleaning day! Monica did a deep clean of our house for the first time this spring and we are going to get this more often! She and her team did a spectacular job! I did not know our house could get THAT level of clean. She gave us a quote up front of the cost and then depending on the length of time at the end, gave us the final amount. They didn't clean the toilets, didn't vacuum, and just wiped all the dirt and dust to create wet globs that will now take even more time to remedy. They also stole all my paper towels and left cigarette butts in my yard. Their solution was to refund $50 as I didn't want the same cleaners coming back and wasting more of my time. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT CLEANERS, they are THIEVES. Response to Nelson: The "cleaners" arrived at 9:00 and left at noon - get your story straight.
