I obtained three quotes for full replacement, ranging from $1227 - $1736. In response, the company offered only $300, claiming the doors "still function", so they will not cover the actual cost to restore the enclosure to its previous condition. They could not provide the source of that estimate or any company that would "repair" the damage. $300 does not come close to covering the cost of the damage directly caused by their crew. I could not be more disappointed in this company or their response.

Communication was poor throughout the process. Another challenge was that several of the workers did not speak English, which made it very stressful to communicate exactly what I wanted and did not want. On two separate occasions, the quality of the cleaning was below expectations. What was most disappointing was how my concerns were handled. When I raised a concern about the service, Blanca raised her voice and repeatedly yelled at me to "listen to her" instead of calmly addressing the issue. I felt disrespected and that my feedback was not valued. It seemed like I was expected to simply accept things as they were rather than voice any concerns.
