What a special find - went there recently - fortunate to have met with Rob, the owner who is currently taking good care of my car. Can't recommend this place more - you will be met with caring attention to detail, honesty, integrity (no games), and most importantly a friendly owner who is hands on in every aspect of his business. I found this place thru my repair person at Broadway Auto. He couldn't help me as I needed body work done (the Groton Town Plow driver drove into my parked car at 2:30am on a slippery night during the storm....what a winter). Thank god no one was injured! My 2008 Toyota Tacoma has 360K and still going strong. I asked Brown's if they could freshen her exterior up for another 360K and they assured me they could. They replaced the front bumper cover, rear bumper, multiple body dings & dents and replaced all four rims with new ones. My yellowed headlights were repaired and clear coated. Unbelievable difference! They look like brand new! My Tacoma came out better than I anticipated! They told me 3 days to complete. I picked my truck up on time and as quoted as promised. I could not say enough about the timely and quality service that we received from Carol and her team at Brown's Auto Center! We were able to bring our car in immediately after an accident and Carol wrote us up a quote within 20-minutes. After working with the other party's insurance company we brought the car in two-days later and within less than a week we had the car back and it looked fantastic!
