The practice is clean and bright, the staff are all very kind and helpful, it is also a child-friendly practice. I have taken my 2 year old daughter here without a problem. Today I tried using the Equality Act 2010 again and reasonable ajustments. And the receptionist kept talking over me deliberitly not wanting to let me use it for my health to help. So then they kept hanging the phone up, which never helped my condition so I kept phoning back. And even without answering cutting me off. I paid a lot of money to join this practice which they asked for and now they are not even answering the phone they blocked me. I'm my opnion they clearly have issues with people such as me with disabilitys. And use a protected act and you get worse treatment. I recorded the call today but also asked for their recordings under a subject access request under GDPR legislation which is free they have to give you it. Things got so bad today they made a threat against me for phoning up when they kept hanging up. So I contacted the Police for and was given a log number for any futher incidences. One manager stated to me about my treatment from the dentist. If you want to complain about treatment complain to him. I allready advised them the dentist scares me do to certain actions. So asked for ajustment for me not to deal with him directly and they ignored this as well. They tried to say he is inderpendent from them. But the fact is they have a duty of care. And they have what is legally known as a NON DELEGABLE DUTY" The amounts of money from what they state has gone right up over £1000 for me. Not the prices on their web page. You see the real side of these when you start to complain they are not so friendly then. And I am classed as disabilied.

Because I've seen signs being advertised across the Great Barr area, and I really needed a good dental surgery. I don't like dentists and I don't think many people do. So, when it came to the time when I knew I had to go, I had to make sure the surgery would be a great one. I'd heard so many good things about this surgery, so that's what convinced me to go with them. Once I registered with them, I received an exceptional service. Especially from the dentist that dealt with my dental treatment. It's great to know we have such brilliant dentists like this around which you can register with even if you don't live in that area. As it was an urgent treatment, I'm glad I went to a reputable surgery.

As the surgery is open until 18:30, we thought going at 17:00 to register would be okay, but were told to come back another day before 16:30 because that's when the admin team leave work. Something to be aware of for people in the same situation as us. The reception staff are consistent - same pair works there daily. I've been in enough now to know they will either be really friendly or stressed out. I was assigned to Dr. Patel. I really really like her. She actively listens to me when I talk to her and does not diminish my symptoms or wave me off. It's been easy to get an appointment in a timely manner and the surgery offers a wide variety of services, which means patients don't have to go through so many referrals. If you're in the Sutton Coldfield/Wylde Green/Boldmere area, I'd recommend this GP.

He's very good at what he does, he runs a good practice which is pain free and very clean. If I ever have any problems they accommodate me as best as they can. The staff are kind, helpful and very friendly. The waiting area is comfortable and recently been refurnished. There is free parking right outside the practice but spaces are limited. It has easy access from the number 24 and 10 bus route.

The staff are…read morealways friendly and helpful and the doctor, on the occasions we've had to see him, has been friendly and approachable and is very good with our little boy, who gets a wee bit shy and withdrawn in such places. The Doctor taught him to open wide and say "Ahhh!" in a comical way, which helped a lot. There is a small waiting room that has a few toys for the kids to play with. You can sometimes struggle to get through on the phone as there are only a few reception staff and the line is often tied up. That said, when you do get through you don't normally have to wait more than a day to get an appointment, and less if it's for the children.
