My own Bhandal practice was open but had no dentist in, (What use is that) so I contacted 111 who got a dental nurse to call me back to carry out an assessment and make an emergency referral. Within 10 minutes, this practice called me back with an appointment 45 minutes later. I'd been in agony with a back molar that needed to come out. I don't know anyone who likes going to the dentist but I must say this was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Receptionist and other staff in reception area were all so lovely. The lady dentist and dental nurse were absolutely fantastic. Talked to me through the procedure and made me very at ease. I've had a lot of pain in the past when I've had the injections to numb my teeth but not today. I didn't even feel her extract the tooth. I was given expert advice following the extraction, especially on how to prevent a dry socket which I've had previously and never ever want to have that pain again. I would highly recommend this dental practice and if I could change and have these as my regular dentist I would. Thank you ladies. You were all amazing

This is quite a pleasant one though. A private dental practice where new patients are welcome, I was advised to consider the Initial Assessment at £39.50, so they can attain what condition my mouth and teeth are in, and how to commence further on any recommended treatments. I was told it is quite substantial, they perform a plethora of checks, including; full extra oral and inter oral examinations, and necessary small x-rays, an oral cancer screen, all accompanied with a written treatment estimate. So, on the information alone, I felt this is a place where you feel your looked after, but dentists just aren't for me. They're open 8am-6pm Monday - Saturday if you can brave a visit.

I have always had two front teeth that crossed over, so decided to do something about it by getting…read morea fixed brace with smile stylist in Manchester. The staff are lovely and the cost seemed reasonable for long lasting straight teeth. After seeing Sandeep (the owner) I was re assured that if I followed their advice and guidance I would have straight two front teeth for life. I could see the difference after a few months of wearing my fixed brace, although it was a pain being in my late twenties and wearing a brace 24/7, eating and cleaning the brace etc, I wanted my two front teeth the be straight so knew it would all be worth it in the end. And it was! When I got my fixed brace off after about 8 months I felt amazing and like a new women, I loved my straight two front teeth and Sandeep placed a permanent wire retainer in the back of my teeth (this was not visible) and I was told this would keep my two front teeth in place. However two weeks later while eating half of it pinged out of my mouth! So I went back to Sandeep and he said the shape of my mouth meant a wire retainer would not stay. So I was given a plastic retainer and told to wear this every night and my teeth would stay in place. So here I am two years later and my two front teeth are crossing over again! I have been into smile stylist and called a few times and spoken to Gemma,to ask what I should do, should I get another retainer? (At an additional cost of £70 to me) the mould they have for my mouth is where my two front teeth don't cross, so they could order me one, but if I doesn't fit I have wasted £70! And I was told I could get a new mould of my mouth made, but that will be of my mouth now where obviously my two front teeth are crossing again. When I've asked Gemma how I can make sure my front teeth go straight again she has suggested more treatment e.g another brace So all in all I have paid a lot of money and worn a fixed brace for 8 months only for my two front teeth to temporarily be straight, now I look at them everyday and think the money and time I spent at smile stylist was for nothing. So I am looking at either spending more money on my two front teeth, or accepting that these will not be straight, as you can imagine both situations I am not happy with at all The staff are lovely here, but it all comes down to to treatment and mine didn't last.

When we got there the building was super modern and clean, I've worked in several labs and I've never seen ones this nice before. There were also car parking spaces available for quite a few cars, which is handy. The technician talked us through each stage of how the implant was to be made and answered all of our questions. He really made my friend feel comfortable and confident about the whole procedure. The end product was awesome. You can't even tell that her front two teeth are fake! We would definitely recommend them, the staff were lovely they really helped to reassure my friend during a difficult time.
